“Impressive reports”
Pros
After about six months of using it, we really have not run into any major problems. It includes all the tools we need and the board works excellently. Creating, assigning and managing tickets is very efficient. Everyone on my projects was able to learn the system without much trouble. The user management features are also very strong. You can set user roles, customize them quite a bit and the reports and dashboards give me all the information I need through clear visual charts. it covers all the basic features users need, such as priorities, assigning items to multiple users, tracking working hours, adding files andupdating checklists.
Cons
There have not been any major issues with the tool for me. It has performed very well and the support team has also been reliable. Only a few small things come to mind, like having the option to duplicate tickets that I hope they add in the future.
