“Highly customizable”

Being able to access it from anywhere is a big advantage and it offers a high level of customization to match specific needs and requirements.

Cons

I have not come across any major issues with this software. If anything, the ticketing system could be improved a bit to help resolve queries more efficiently.

Pros

Compared with the many systems we've used before, it feels different specially when it comes to accessibility. The system is very user-friendly and holds up really well in day-to-day use.

One thing I noticed is that the support provided by some of their channel partners is not up to the mark.

I can access it from any location and this is a big advantage for me. It can be customized a lot to match specific requirements.

Right from the start, the software feels simple and easy to use. The GUI is clean and uncomplicated that makes it much less confusing than other platforms. Overall, the experience has been good.

I don't have any major complaints about the software. The only area that could use some improvement is the ticketing system specially when it comes to resolving queries more effectively.

Getting around the system feels simple and the deployment was done pretty quickly.

The parts that still need work are stock reservation and finance revaluation.

Its simple to use and we were able to customize it to match our requirements really well.

Since Im still new to it, Im taking some time to get fully comfortable. It would be better if it became a bit more simple over time.

“Has a flexible setup”

Pros

The ability to customize input screens on our own is really useful and the validations can be set up exactly as needed. Having full database access is a big advantage and the connectivity with Crystal Reports also adds a lot of value. User support has been helpful as well.

Cons

There are still a few areas that need improvement. Response time becomes slow in some modules at times specially around terms and conditions. Adding extra fields into a table is quite frustrating because there are too many fields to go through and it is not always clear which ones are mandatory or already being used elsewhere. It would help to have an option to remove unwanted non-mandatory fields that are not needed by the client. Changes to field placement on the screen do not seem to work properly. There should also be an option to choose which fields appear in the grid, along with the ability to search across all of those fields. Sometimes the page becomes unresponsive and has to be refreshed that leads to entering the data again. Also, there is no user manual available for the software or its workflow.

One thing that really stands out is the flexibility and control the logic engine offers andthat has been the best part of the product for me.

Cons

At the moment, we're working with the their team on Cost Accounting and Auto Resource Planning methodologies and we're confident the software is capable of delivering high-quality customized designs.

The functionality is excellent, the system feels user-friendly and the overall concept and architecture are really well thought out.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints-there's nothing missing andthis ERP feels like a complete solution.
