Pros
Setting up a web-based system was a game-changer for us. Now, we have got a central database for all our remote outlets which really cuts down on errors when sending data between the main office and remote sites. Honestly this setup improved our business processes, communication and follow-ups with our locations outside HQ. With our ERP system, everyone be it managers and users can access info anytime, anywhere on any device. Plus it fits perfectly with our goals as we can easily access it from anywhere and also it can be customized to our needs.
Cons
Honestly there are not any major drawbacks to this software. The only suggestion I would like to give is to improve the ticketing system to make it easier and faster to resolve issues.

Pros
DataNote ERP is simply the best choice for managing inventory and costs. We've been using it since 2018 and could not be happier. Special thanks to the support team members for representing everything in a proper manner. Let is tell you that we've tried a bunch of systems over the years but DataNote really stands out because it's easy to access and navigate.
Cons
The support from some of their channel partners could be better. I would say it is not always up to par.

“A cost-effective and reliable product”
Pros
We spent years searching for a cost-effective ERP solution that actually worked for us. It was very challenging finding one that really met our unique needs. Every ERP we tried needed a lot of customization which got expensive after some time. Then we tried DataNote and it was a success. The coolest thing about it is that you can customize the input screens yourself, add validations and have full control over the database. Plus it has features most ERPs don't offer. And it gives us more control and doesn't tie us down to the vendor's requirements.
Cons
Sometimes, certain modules can be slow, like the terms and conditions section. Adding extra fields to tables can also be tricky at times and it's not always clear which fields are mandatory. It would be nice to delete unnecessary fields and an option to arrange fields on the screen would help. And occasionally the page becomes unresponsive and I have to refresh and re-enter data. Also, there's no user manual which is a major missing.

Pros
DateNote software's logic is spot on and we can handle around 70% of the customization ourselves. Plus I haven't noticed many bugs or errors either.
Cons
No complaints as DataNote software works across different industries and the reporting structure is great too. Plus I really like the dynamic dashboard feature.

The best thing about Datanote is that we can handle some customization on their own which is rare. Also it has a simple yet classy design and layout and moving between different pages is easy and intuitive.
Cons
It should have a single-point installation and a user manual or online tutorials. Plus support is good but could be better. Small issues, like spelling errors shouldn't be there. Lastly it could also use more options for exporting reports.
