“Affordable and has everything that is promised
Pros
It did not cost much to get started and what I liked was that the setup fee was a fixed, flat rate like no surprises.
Cons
The implementation process is not smooth at all as different people kept stepping in and out and overall it came across as unorganized. Also the product itself felt like it was still being tested with changes happening all the time like it was not fully finished.

“Boosted our manufacturing business
Pros
I am really happy using this platform because it lets me manage every part of my manufacturing business smoothly and with full control.
Cons
Well I would like it more if they gave the interface a makeover to make things easier to navigate and smoother for daily tasks.

“Felt more like a punishment than a tool
Pros
Honestly I wish there were more parts of my role I could do without needing to use this system. Because I did not like it all.
Cons
Using it was a nightmare as it is not user friendly, constant crashing, data would disappear and so on. It is like you name the problem and it is there. I feel like pretty much everyone at our plant could not stand it. And apparently during ERP selection, DEACOM got the worst feedback in demos but the company went with it anyway just because it was the cheapest option.

“Been using this for over a decade and liking it
Pros
As someone with an accounting background I can say the fact that we have been able to grow our sales without having to hire more people in the office or on the floor is a big deal. The all in one nature of the system is what really sold us and I can absolutely say it has made a major impact. I have hired folks who used Oracle or SAP before and they took to Deacom immediately. Also I have been through years of upgrades, customer support calls, training events and even last-minute help when we hit an issue. Overall I am still satisfied and I do not see us switching anytime soon.
Cons
We sometimes clash with the support team on how certain processes should be handled. But what we really love is a drag and drop tool or some kind of wizard to help create custom reports. And since we do not have an on-site IT team it would be great to have a feature that allows us to build reports without needing to write any SQL code.

“Glad I gave it a shot
Pros
I have worked with several ERP platforms before but my time with DEACOM has been the most satisfying. Their no add-on setup makes it easy to find what I need in one place without extra tweaks. Plus everything is integrated and you can pull data from one section into another depending on what your team needs. Also it has made reporting smoother and helped us find real ways to boost efficiency and productivity. The layout is simple to learn too and most people get the hang of it pretty quickly.
Cons
Development seems to be happening at lightning speed and it is tough to keep up with all the new stuff being added. That makes it hard for us to plan upgrade timing although this does not seem to be a major problem for those still going through the setup phase.

“Easy to work with
Pros
One cool thing is that we can blend CRM functionality into our sales processes which keeps everything connected.
Cons
The CRM side of things needs improvements as it just takes way too many steps to get anything done which slows us down more than it should.

“Stands out among all ERP vendors
Pros
Deacom gives you the full package like there are no optional add-ons, so you are using the whole system or not at all. The user base plays a big role in pushing development forward and every update brings shared improvements. And since everything is bundled together, the updates are smoother and quicker to test and launch compared to other ERP software. Honestly it is also the fastest platform I have used, especially for MRP runs and reporting. Their support team is quite responsive too, even late at night when we have had emergencies.
Cons
Most of our rollout was done remotely which was not a huge problem, but it did take some getting used to. And since the system is all in one, fixing bugs in one area can unintentionally cause issues elsewhere. Plus testing tends to fall on us as the end users.

“Complex but capable
Pros
Just a heads-up from my side! I am using the server hosted version of Deacom not the cloud one, which they now call legacy. It is packed with great features and offers quite a lot of customization options to fit your business.
Cons
One of the worst parts is how it opens up so many separate windows instead of having everything in one place. Also it just makes it hard to stay organized and getting to what I need takes too many clicks. Automation also feels lacking as we end up doing a lot manually that could probably be handled with scripts or macros like removing certain items across all BOMs.

“Worst experience ever
Pros
I would not suggest this company or their rigid software to anyone. It is overpriced and just ends up making our day to day work harder than it should be.
Cons
The software is hard to use and to make it worse, the people behind it come off as arrogant. As they think they understand our operations better than we do.
