“helpful for sales work”
Pros
It worked well for the everyday CRM stuff I needed like keeping customer details organized, setting reminders for sales follow ups and taking care of similar daily tasks.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind right away. Overall I had a positive experience with the software because it supported most of my sales activities and made my daily workflow more manageable.

“unstable system and poor integration”
Pros
The softwares desking tool handles the basic job of generating quotes for clients and that part works as expected.
Cons
A major issue is how unreliable the network is. The application regularly becomes unresponsive or buggy and it has been frustrating enough that we're now spending around 15-20 hours moving over to a more dependable solution. On top of that it doesn't integrate with any of the other tools we use.

“User friendly”
Pros
Right from the start the software felt user friendly and very easy. It comes with genuinely helpful, useful features and the layout is simple to follow. Even someone who is not very tech savvy can pick it up quickly without much trouble. ALso the support is second to none!
Cons
Honestly I have nothing negative to say. It went beyond every expectation I had and has been the best solution I've used in the last 10 years.

“Organized system”
Pros
Having a well organized system for tracking clients and staying on top of follow ups has been really valuable.
Cons
One frustrating part is that it creates duplicate leads instead of merging them automatically.

“quick to teach and use”
Pros
Training new people on this software doesn't take much effort which makes onboarding really simple.
Cons
A thing that bothers me is the audio notification that plays whenever something new comes in from a customer.

“Clean Design”
Pros
Offers a wide range of products that really fit our line of work well. The platform is user friendly, looks polished and makes data quick to access whenever we need it.
Cons
Sometimes getting support can feel a bit frustrating and it's not always easy to get a callback from sales when we're interested in adding more products.

“Good tool with some setbacks”
Pros
What works well with this tool is how it connects with most major automotive software platforms (which is definitely a plus!) The parent company also offers other related products like website services and digital retailing so there's a broader ecosystem to work with.
Cons
The interface feels dated and building custom reports is more time consuming than it should be. Although it does integrate with their website platform, getting support for anything involving cross platform integration was a nightmare for our team.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Getting started with is pretty easy and it doesn't take much training for employees to learn how to use it. Most daily tasks are simple to handle which makes adoption a lot easier. The reporting features keep getting better and the next big improvement I'd really like to see is an upgrade to the client email platform.
Cons
One frustration has been the support team taking longer to resolve issues than before. Also I've gone through several CSMs over the past year and still haven't had a meeting with the latest one.
