Working with this tool has made intelligent document processing much more manageable, with convenient data extraction from the target system and access to advanced technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence. One of the biggest advantages from a data engineering perspective is that it lets us work with every kind of data, whether it's structured, semi-structured or completely unstructured.
Cons
There really isn't anything negative to point out at this stage. It has met my expectations well and I'm looking forward to exploring more of what it can do.

Right from the start I found this cloud-based solution very plug-and-play. It offers a full set of features for document management, including browser extensions, mail processing and scanning with OCR technology. The role-based access is also very useful for controlling who can see what and I found the integration process easy as well.
Cons
If there's one area that could be better, it's the pricing structure since it only offers a single usage tier and could benefit from more pricing options. The initial setup was a bit challenging although using it afterward became much simpler.

Pros
Switching between a Mac, iPhone and iPad feels much more manageable for me with this app. It has been a real game-changer when using multiple devices making it simple to send files, links and other content back and forth without having to email myself or depend on cloud storage.
Cons
Downside is that it loses a lot of its usefulness when your devices aren't on the same network or when there's any kind of connection issue.

I found the most attractive thing about it was the user-friendly interface. Pros
Switching between my desktop and laptop happens all the time for me, often right in the middle of drafting documents or working on files. Normally, saving something to Dropbox and then reopening it on another device takes too many steps to feel practical. With this app, I can move files across devices without having to save first, upload them somewhere or open extra apps. Another big plus is that it's completely free.
Cons
There is a slight lag when I tried playing music files I had sent to myself. Aside from that, I really haven't run into any other issues while using it.
