Easy to use even for tech-savvy

Pros

Deskera's interface is highly user-friendly and easy to get around. Even if you're not tech-savvy, it is easy to use without making you feel overwhelmed.

Cons

I have had trouble getting timely support when I needed it. Sometimes it just takes too long to get any response which is very frustrating.

Has everything we need

Pros

Deskera has everything I need in one place. From finance, crm, hr, material management, sales and distribution are all available in one space which makes everything very easy for us. All modules integrate well. Plus it is way more affordable compared to other ERPs out there and their support team is helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

There's hardly any study material or user group out there for Deskera. When I run into an issue, I mostly have to figure it out on my own because there is hardly any help on Google or YouTube. It would be nice if they had more resources.

Deskera is a complete package

Pros

One thing I like the most is that this software allows me to handle everything I need without switching to another software. Plus it is easy to find my way around when needed and I highly recommend it.

Cons

To be honest I did not find anything to dislike about this program. It works well for me!

Complex and has zero customer support

Pros

Honestly, there is nothing that I like about this software. It's worse than some of the other cheaper options available.

Cons

You will get nothing after sales zero service. The training was pretty useless too. The trainers didn't even seem to know what they were doing so I didn't get much out of it.

Nothing good but regrets, Only Regrets

Pros

Deskera seems to negotiate down to a very low price. They can offer this product at just about any cost.

Cons

The support is nonexistent. It's just a mess. They will only respond if you ask for an upgrade, and that's the only time you will get a callback.

Avoid this software no matter what

Pros

I bought two licenses to manage my two businesses and their lifetime deal was pretty tempting. I moved over from QuickBooks, which was too pricey for a small business like mine.

Cons

They removed the payroll tax withholding feature without telling anyone and it took them three weeks to respond to me. Now, they want to charge extra for it and they said it'll be two to three weeks before they can even give me a quote. Really disappointing.

Customer support is nonexistent

Pros

There is honestly nothing good I can say about it. The software doesn't work and their support team has been beyond frustrating to deal with. I've never had such a bad experience with a support team in the past.

Cons

Everything about Deskera has been a headache. There is no real support team, the product is full of bugs and the API documentation is not even complete. I've been waiting months for answers to my support queries. It's honestly terrible so stay away from this product.

Save your money and ignore Deskera

Pros

The demo looked promising, but once I started using it I was very disappointed. It's not what I expected.

Cons

The company knows about the software's problems but they just say there's no fix. If there's no solution, then they should really just give a refund.

Important feedback for everyone

Pros

There's nothing much to like here. The after-sales service is really poor. It's been 3 months and still, no one has helped with our issues.

Cons

Our queries haven't been solved because the support staff barely know the product themselves. Talking to them over the phone or using AnyDesk leaves us even more confused. This isn't what we paid for. To be honest it's been such a disappointing experience.
