Pros
This software is user-friendly and really helpful. I love it and would definitely recommend it. The customer service features allow us to track our customers and group them for marketing strategies. It was simple to learn, and the training was excellent.
Cons
The training was brief, but whenever I had questions, I would call for clarification if something was not working right. They were very friendly, but I wish the training had been longer.

Pros
One great thing about Drake Illusion is the technical support. They helped me with custom features I needed to do my job. I can see the inventory at our customers' locations that are out of service or about to be, which helps me identify customers and prepare equipment in advance. The inventory and warehouse features have a very simple interface, making it easy for me to learn.
Cons
One downside of the software is that it does not have some features found in other systems. However, custom development helps to fill those gaps.

My work has become much easier because I used to rely on multiple software programs, but with Drake Illusion, everything is in one place. I was involved in developing a custom feature, and my feedback was valued, resulting in what I expected. Plus, Drake Illusion provided a trainer who explained how the features work in detail during the class, which was very helpful.
Cons
Compared to other systems, this one may not look as appealing. But during training, I learned how the system works and I realized that looks are not the most important thing. What really matters is completing the project.

Pros
I mainly used the CRM features. I was able to collect feedback from our customers through surveys about our company and use that information to improve our services. By organizing our support tickets, I could identify unhappy customers and provide better service to meet their needs and concerns.
Cons
I wish the CRM had more features like other software, but Drake Illusion covers the basics well. Other than that, I do not have any complaints.
