“All in one platform but a bit pricey
Pros
I really like the way this software covers everything we need in just one platform.
Cons
I would like it more if it integrated with Excel and if it were more flexible.

“I simply don't like it!
Pros
To be honest there's nothing I like about EFACS E/8. I have failed to find a single positive feature to mention.
Cons
There are many problems with this software, to begin with there is no proper support whenever I need it, it has poor documentation and is filled with bugs. Its slow, difficult to customize, the interface feels heavy and debugging or coding is frustrating and time-consuming. Navigation is also tricky. Honestly it's exhausting to work with.

“Overall, it is a great software
Pros
Well it is easy to locate job cards and have them print-ready for production on our injection molding machines.
Cons
Changing incorrect data is not as easy as I expected, so I would say there is room for improvement.

“Reliable, Easy to Customize.
Pros
We chose to install EFACS E/8 ERP mainly for its reliability, flexibility and built-in support for multi-company setups. After using it for over a decade, we are still very much happy with the decision.
Cons
While you can do almost anything with the software, it takes time to learn in order to customize it on your own. However, the support team is quite helpful and usually steers you in the right direction.

“Surely a 5-star product
Pros
We've been working with EFACS for more than 22 years across many updates. We rely on it for 2 main reasons. First the freedom to modify the standard programs to fit our evolving business needs and secondly the exceptional professionalism from their team at every point which ensures constant support and advice.
Cons
One minor issue is that it takes some time to get familiar with modifying the programs. That said, their group of consultants is strong as it offers training and support. We typically rely on them for the first run-through and then replicate what they showed us.

“Good but needs minor changes
Pros
EFACS E/8 software is very user-friendly, highly customizable and flexible. Also the workflow toolset allows for a lot of automation and control which I love.
Cons
Versions MR33 and below require Internet Explorer but the good thing is that more recent versions have resolved this issue.

“Easy-to-use ERP software
Pros
It's easy to use, has live development and also with it, it is simple to extend functionality. It also comes with built-in and open-source report writers which makes it even better as per me.
Cons
EFACS E/8 is limited to Internet Explorer and at times we need to restrict JAVA updates.

“It fits our business needs!
Pros
The system is very easy to navigate and user-friendly. Also their customer support is outstanding as they responds to queries quickly. One of the best features is the ability to customize the system to fit your business needs. Plus, the integration with Microsoft Power Platform is a great function which allows us to build custom apps and use Power BI for reporting.
Cons
You need some time to get used to the developer screen but once you are familiar with them, they become much easier to navigate.

“Great platform for our business
Pros
EFACS E/8 is a detailed platform that handles about 90% of business functions right out of the box, so we can run everything on one platform without needing to transfer data between systems or duplicate efforts. Users only need training on one system to manage a wide range of business functions. Also it is easy to adapt and if needed, I can customize parts of it to fit your business. And being browser-based, its easy for users to pick up and work across different hardware.
Cons
Since the software is so detailed, it can feel confusing if you're only using a small portion of the system.

“Offers wide range of great features
Pros
The interface is quite user friendly and easy to navigate. Plus it's also highly programmable, letting you add extra functionality, from simple additional columns to more complex business logic.
Cons
Some users might find it problematic being restricted to Windows Internet Explorer, mainly if they are more used to other applications.

“Has some nice features but not recommended!
Pros
Well MRP turned out to be an upgrade from our previous solution.
Cons
EFACS E/8 software was too expensive. Also we had to develop many features ourselves that were originally advertised as included. Customization was hard which requires consultants that charged hundreds of pounds a day and were rarely available. They would just implement requests without offering advice, which led to wasted time and money. Resolving basic issues sometimes took months. Different consultants gave completely different answers, causing inconsistency. We had to refuse to work with 2 consultants due to poor work and bad attitudes. The CRM is very basic and the system is clunky to navigate.
