Banner Finance comes with a wide range of useful features but the biggest advantage for me was how well it connected six campuses with Banner Student. It let tuition payments and student receivables flow into our financial system and kept everything updated as if all campuses were operating under one unified system.
Cons
Since this financial platform is so large and complex, any time we've run into issues with it, the impact has been severe. It has led to major shutdowns that bring our finance and accounting operations to a complete stop, leaving users stuck waiting until traffic is restored.
