“Embrace is definitely the right choice

I really like how the system lets me add all the necessary information and the report structures are quite impressive too.

Cons

Honestly There is not much to complain about but let me tell you training is a must. Without the proper training and knowledge you won't be able to use it to its full potential because knowledge really is the key here.

“A change is better - Embrace ERP - the finest solution

Pros

From the beginning, the staff showed a lot of care, listened carefully and understood the issues we faced with previous systems. The implementation team was superb. We have multiple unique requirements that were considered and handled well by the team of Embrace ERP. No matter what they always comes up with a solution. Even after the implementation team left, the tech support has been quick to respond to any questions we have had.

Cons

Well when we started looking for new software, we knew it was going to be an expensive move. But everything we have got from using Embrace like the timely info and control, makes it well worth the investment. We're happy to pay for it.

“New version is excellent

Pros

The new version is designed excellently and is fairly easy to use. Also I like how it integrates smoothly with our warehouse system. Lastly the upgraded interface known as version 25 is user-friendly too.

Cons

Can't think of any problems at the moment.

“The most Reliable ERP available in the market

Pros

Embrace ERP is perfect to work with. In our business the data accuracy is very important and the best part is that this system provides it without any question. Also it has improved our work efficiency significantly. The software's overall flow is super easy to get the hang of. And I know it might sound a bit odd but having a manual available was a huge plus for me. It's something we often take for granted, but the Embrace manual was always easily accessible to me whenever I felt a need for it.

I haven't come across anything that I dislike so far.

I must say that the software is simple, easy to use and understand. Plus the support team is excellent.

Financial reports don't come in the right format. And to get them right I have to do a lot of customization which takes a lot of time.

Pros

It's a fully integrated system that gives users real-time information. The package support is fantastic. Even if you have customized the software, the upgrades that happen often do not cause any issues and everything works flawlessly.

Most of the standard reports need customizing to fit our specific needs. And I feel like it did be great if all reports generated by the software could have the option to print in .csv format. Now maybe this could be an issue because of the version we are using for Embrace, so it might not be a con for everyone else. Lastly, some of the inquiry programs are a bit clunky to work with. Plus I think the addition of an integrated BI reporting tool would be very beneficial.

The software is very user-friendly, and some of the customizations we requested over the years have now become standard features. The package got a full makeover and I'm really liking it. They improved everything from connectivity to the menu and screen layouts which makes it all feel fresh. They also upgraded the existing modules and even added some new ones which is a nice bonus to the whole product.

Cons

No real cons to report for now. The latest V15 update has fixed a lot of things, like connectivity, data extraction and integration.

Embrace ERP is easy to use which makes me appreciate it. Also it has a wide range of reporting options that are helpful.

It is not a con but a suggestion from our side that the availability of mobile app to check inventory and create quotes would be perfect.

Fairly easy to use. Also, running reports and accessing information that I need is not a problem.

We had to do way too many customizations in order to transform the software in a manner that it meet our needs.

Pros

We needed software that's customizable and Embrace has proven to be that one software for us. We've been using it for 20 years now, and there hasn't been a single project or customization that's been too tough to handle for ACS. Embrace ERP has everything a business of any size needs to run smoothly and really dig into their data to understand how things are going.

Cons

There is not anything that I think is a con. Embrace ERP's future development plan looks solid.

“Fits the needs perfectly

Pros

All the modules connect perfectly with the Finance/General Ledger (GL) Module, so everything stays balanced between the sub-systems and GL. Also the transactional side is solid which makes it easy for us to train users to handle their tasks. Plus it is customizable, so you can adjust things to fit your own needs.

Cons

I conclude that menus are a bit clunky to get around.

Whenever I need some sort of information the data is available instantly. All the modules work together seamlessly. Plus the system is easy to use and user-friendly.

Standard reporting is good but moving data to different platforms is a long and boring process.
