Outstanding support and scalability

Pros

From my experience, from support to design, this software has been excellent. It offers a strong cloud-based SaaS setup, works across multiple platforms, scales well as needs grow, includes great integrations and the pricing feels very reasonable. It's also very simple to use overall.

Cons

Only downside at the moment is that the iOS version still isn't quite where it should be although it seems like that will likely be improved with an update soon.

powerful order and inventory toolkit

Pros

Right from the start, I've found the system feels very user-friendly across almost everything, with reporting being the one exception. It covers a wide range of order management features for both sales orders and purchase orders and the inventory management integration works really well. I also appreciate how the workflow is tied together and how the APIs connect with online trading and accounting platforms. Another big plus for me is how responsive the development team has been whenever new feature requests come up.

Cons

The one area that still needs work is sales and purchase order reporting which should offer more flexibility.

startup-friendly inventory value

Pros

Running a young food import and distribution business comes with a lot of pressure and even though I find the app still feels a bit rough around the edges, the pricing and developer support make it an outstanding option. It gives me many of the features I need as a startup that other inventory platforms usually lock behind advanced or higher-tier plans. Since I import food, I deal with a mix of challenges from both distributors and manufacturers, including expiry tracking, lot management and handling several small warehouses for stock separation like frozen and dry storage. On top of that, I also manage consignment for a number of customers which adds even more strain to cash flow. This app does not limit what I need and gives me the capabilities of a full inventory system for one fixed cost. Compared with other systems that charge hundreds of dollars for similar tools, the difference is huge. With it, I can manage consignees and different stock types across multiple warehouses, monitor expiry dates for stock batches and stay on top of both costs and inventory at a price that actually works for SMEs and startups especially in Asia where operating costs can be higher and business is often more difficult.

Responsive support and polished UI

Pros

It covers most of what I need and the interface is really pleasant to work with for me. The customer service has been amazing as well, the support team is consistently available, responds quickly to bug reports and keeps improving the product based on user needs. We've used several other systems before and could never get a reply from their support desks so having a real person available on live chat is genuinely refreshing.

Cons

There are still a few areas that don't quite fit our workflow perfectly but the team is always open to feedback and willing to improve the system to make it more flexible for all of their clients.

Limited invoice layouts

Pros

Starting with it is simple for me and the whole system feels easy to use without much effort.

Cons

Invoice and delivery order formats are too restrictive and I can't really customize them to match the layout I want.

fantastic inventory and accounting fit

Pros

Right from the start, I've found this web app has worked really well as an inventory management system and handles the job exactly as needed. It also includes a few easy accounting features that are ideal for small businesses and startups looking to improve productivity. Another big plus is that it can be extended without much trouble to third-party software like Xero and similar tools.

Customizable inventory for dropshipping

Pros

Dropshipping modules are easy to use and I find the inventory management tools both flexible and powerful enough to support different kinds of workflows.

Cons

fast invoicing and live reports

Pros

Workflow is easy and creating invoices and quotations doesn't involve any hassle for me. Reports are generated in real time and also organized well for monthly periods which I find very helpful.

Cons

It still takes around a week of regular use before you feel fully confident working in the program.

Great fit for ecommerce

Pros

Running an eCommerce business, we eventually outgrew Excel because it was causing syncing issues across the team so we needed something more reliable. SAP and Oracle ERP were clearly too expensive and far too complicated for our fairly simple operations and we also looked at Deskera. Even then, Deskera ended up being more than we wanted to spend once we learned customizations would be required. On a chance, I tested this system and was pleasantly surprised that it fit about 85% of our workflow right out of the box. I've already shared feedback with the helpful customer support team and I'm planning to have my IT administrator roll it out across the company.

sales order import is a lifesaver

Pros

Having sales order import built in makes a huge difference because most online inventory systems don't offer it. It saves me a lot of time that would otherwise be spent manually entering daily sales and it also reduces mistakes that often happen with hand-keyed sales orders. The software is easy for me to use since it isn't packed with technical jargon. Everything feels clear, simple and simple for me to understand. On top of that, the clean and organized interface keeps the learning curve low for most users, including me. The only missing piece right now will probably be resolved later once API integrations with more vendors and merchants are added.

inventory tracking done right

Pros

The software handles inventory really well and clearly shows me what's in stock and what's not. I also really appreciated the onboarding they provide which helped me get started quickly.
