Pros
Having so many features built into one online app really helped me keep up with everyday admin work like quotes, invoicing, ordering and more. It was also great enough for me to manage the thousands of parts we work with on a regular basis.
Cons

It was fairly easy for me and I find the sections are arranged in a way that makes sense. Customer service also tends to reply pretty quickly when needed.
Cons
One issue that kept coming up was how slowly certain pages would load. It might have been related to our internet connection but we noticed the same thing even on 4G. Because of that, handling even a fairly small number of customer orders and supplier purchases ended up taking much longer than it should have.

Pros
Getting paid by credit card through the Stripe integration has worked really well for us. Pulling data out for ERP imports and deeper analysis was also very easy. We used the sales reports to build production-run data and that turned out to be very useful. The per-user pricing is a big plus for a small business because it helps keep costs under control. Managing multiple price lists has also been flawless for my team which made a big difference for us.
Cons
With how strong the software is overall, I still wish it included an API. That would make connecting it with other products much simpler. We were able to collaborate with the developer to create some important integrations and reports which was excellent but having an API would have let us handle those changes internally and adjust things whenever needed.

Jumping from Excel spreadsheets to software with accounting features felt pretty intimidating at first for me especially since I'm not an accountant and it took time to get my head around everything. That said the customer service team has been excellent and has really helped me through the setup and day-to-day procedures. I'm using it to manage stock for selling on Takealot which is basically South Africa's version of Amazon and I can already tell this has been a worthwhile move. There's much less room for human error compared with working in spreadsheets.
Cons
Getting everything integrated and choosing the correct chart of accounts was challenging as someone without an accounting background but the support team assisted me throughout and walked me through the whole process.

Right from the start, the interface was simple for me to navigate and there are plenty of tutorials and FAQ resources available when questions come up. The pricing feels fair, the data has been reliable based on the information entered and it connects well with e-commerce platforms. On top of that, the customer service has been absolutely outstanding.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. A few added features would be nice, like the option to retire products so they no longer appear in the active product list. Still, the team continues to add new features based on customer feedback which is encouraging.

Handling extra charges for imported products has been really useful for me with this system. It automatically works out landed costs based on all the fees included in purchase orders. It also supports raw materials and the production workflow well, including tracking available raw material quantities for manufacturing and calculating the cost of each production run. On top of that, it offers plenty of reports and the interface feels bright, clean and simple to navigate.

Starting with it took a bit of effort for me especially since I'm not very confident with computers and like any new system there was definitely a learning curve at first. Once it clicked though, it became very easy for me to use and move around in. The reporting features are something I really value because they give us a clear view of our margins, customer spending habits and overall patterns. On top of that, the help and customer service team have been absolutely amazing whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
My only real complaint is that there isn't an option to call someone directly for a quick chat or question. That said the email support from the help team has been amazing and usually replies almost immediately in most cases.

This tool includes multi-warehousing, multi-currency and drop-shipping. There are a lot of built-in features for a fixed per-user price. For a small distribution business, that's a big plus for me because it gives premium WMS-level functionality for the cost of a standard single-user subscription.
Cons
Don't have a problem with the core app but with the optional "Bonus" customer portal. It lets customers check stock availability and even place purchase orders online which is useful. However, I'd like to restrict some customers so they can only see stock from a specific warehouse and that isn't possible right now.

It's pretty easy to see how one task connects to the next which makes the whole process easier to follow. The system also avoids being too heavy on industry jargon so beginners can get comfortable with it without feeling lost. I also appreciate being able to enter initial stock on hand, define custom units of measure and set up product variations within the same item which adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
There are a few parts of the inventory input process that could be improved. For example, it would help to get suggestions from previously used tags and the pricing fields could definitely be clearer about what each one means. It also takes a few hours to really get the hang of everything although anyone familiar with more advanced software like Photoshop or Access probably won't struggle too much. The English wording can sound a little off in places too but not to the point where it becomes impossible to understand.

After trying several tools for order management, this one has clearly been the best choice for our aviation products business especially with our ISO 9001 requirements. EMERGE has been excellent not just as an app but also in the way the support team backs it up. Their response time is very fast and they genuinely help with the full ordering process across the company. The interface is something I really enjoy using and the IT team is extremely responsive. If you suggest an improvement, they do not just listen politely, they actually consider it, add it to the roadmap and work on making it happen. Really impressive work overall. There is no reason to keep searching when this already delivers.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any complaints. Any small issue gets addressed so quickly that there is nothing worth listing here.

Handling orders, sales and purchases is very flexible for me and I find the system simple to work with. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent. The team is consistently available, responsive and genuinely willing to help whenever needed.
Cons
The reporting side is quite weak. Inventory management still needs improvement and there isn't enough flexibility to customize report layouts or PDF formats.

Our ecommerce business runs on this platform and it has shown me that it covers just about everything we need and then some. I've found the extra features have helped us stay on top of every part of the business and given us much better overall control.
Cons
Since it's still fairly new, there are still some issues that need ironing out. At times, those hiccups can disrupt daily operations and even affect how we interact with clients. The team does respond quickly with fixes but any downtime can still have a big impact on the business.

Right from the start, I found the interface feels modern and ahead of its time, almost like working inside a polished CMS. It's clean, simple and welcoming enough that you can jump in quickly and feel comfortable straight away. Another huge plus for me is the customer support. They've been outstanding throughout the entire process, friendly, professional and always available to answer questions while making sure we were completely satisfied with the app. Pricing deserves a mention too because I find the value is exceptional. In my view, they deliver a much stronger service than many competitors, yet still keep the cost very reasonable. Coming from using only Excel and having no prior experience with ERP software, I've found this app has made a big difference in how I manage imports. The reporting tools help me clearly see which customers and products are most strategic so I can plan ahead better, cut freight costs and improve service levels. Being able to customize quotations in another language, send them directly from the app, view recent activity in the history feed and attach documents for reference has made day-to-day work much more efficient and freed up more time to focus on growing the business. Customer support has also been excellent for me, they are always open to feedback and willing to implement new ideas which makes it clear the app will keep getting better.
Cons
It would be helpful if the app supported more language options and had deeper integration with CRM systems. I'd also appreciate reminders for quotations that were emailed to customers but have not yet turned into sales orders, along with an option to mark a quotation as "rejected by customer" instead of only being able to label it as "void" by admin.
