Pros
Right out of the app, we're able to use Slack which has made communication much more convenient. The custom forms are simple to work with and help keep students engaged throughout the entire enrollment process. Before switching, we handled everything on paper and had to make copy after copy for every department so this has been a huge improvement.
Cons
One thing still missing is a Spanish version. I work with the Spanish ESL program and my students really need that option but it isn't available yet.
