“handles the whole workflow”
Pros
It covers just about everything in one place, from purchasing and receiving to customer billing, payments, shipping and tracking the full history which I personally find very efficient.
Cons
Applying payments could be more easy since there's no auto-apply feature.

“beginner-friendly ERP choice”
Pros
Compared with the many ERP systems available today, this one stands out as one of the best especially for beginners. It is easy to use and does not feel overwhelming when you are just getting started which I have personally experienced.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about since it includes all the features I need for my work. The only issue I've noticed is that it can be a bit slow at times.

“trusted for parts tracking”
Pros
One of the older, reliable options for managing the movement of company parts in and out, it does a good job with purchase records and tracking how parts are used which I have found dependable over time.
Cons
It does need proper training before someone can use it well. The structure also needs to be more user-friendly so an average person can handle it without difficulty.

Whenever questions come up, the system is very helpful and I find it very simple to use and operate in practice.
Cons
At the moment, we haven't run into any problems with the system so there aren't really any issues to mention.
