“User friendly with strong support”

Pros

Starting out with the software was easy and I found it very user-friendly. On top of that, I have experienced excellent support whenever help was needed.

Cons

I haven't run into any real downsides so far.

“Strong hands on support access”

Pros

Working with a smaller company has been a real plus because I have access to one-on-one support anytime during the week and even on weekends. They focus heavily on client needs and handle requests professionally and quickly. With very little training, I have seen users become comfortable with the tool and highly skilled in a short time.

Cons

Since it's a small company, there is always that lingering concern about what might happen if the business ever shuts down. The user interface also has room for improvement and while the system is fairly usable, the amount of pointing and clicking could definitely be reduced.

“Highly configurable collaboration tool”

Pros

It fits our specific needs in both the Automotive and IT businesses really well because the tool is highly configurable. Having all project information in one place also makes a big difference since teams can collaborate globally on status updates, issue lists, timelines and documents without jumping between systems.

No cons so far.

“All in one functionality”

Pros

Having this much functionality in a single software package is hard to beat and I find it especially useful for real-time collaboration and strategic reporting across business targets, pursuits and project activity.

Nothing to complain about.
