“reliable software”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how reliable it is and getting new hires trained on it doesn't take much time. The hardware support has also been excellent and our rep has been honest and proactive throughout.
Cons
The advice line hasn't been very useful for me. I usually end up needing a level two person to call me back anyway.

“Can access from anywhere”
Pros
Running customers through the Point of Sale is fast and efficient. Purchasing, inventory management and being able to access the system remotely are also really valuable for our day-to-day operations.
Cons
Monthly cost is on the expensive side although the good part is that any issues get handled quickly. Getting everything set up takes a bit of time for us because we work with a lot of vendors that do not offer ERP. That said anyone operating a basic hardware store and buying through major hardware co-ops could get up and running very quickly.

“Responsive support”
Pros
This feels like the natural fit since our Ace promotions are automatically pushed to the server without any extra hassle. Support is also responsive and usually resolves issues on the first try which makes a big difference.
Cons
There is still some frustration around the receipt layout and the sale pricing is not always visible enough for either the customer or the cashier at the point of sale.
