Worst user interface. Outdated, hard to read, looks like a 1995 spreadsheet, minimal flexibility, I always follow up an order w an email to my exhibit house rep just so I know it’s received and correct. Very clunky and manual.

Pros
There is nothing so special about it but yes it helps me manage both clients and events efficiently.
Cons
The visuals are not impressive and the platform tends to perform slow and sluggish at times. Also I noticed that it lacks proper integration.
