Fedena software has really organized our entire student enrollment process. Plus I really like how it handles data and saves us a significant amount of time.

Cons

A few areas need improvements but nothing major that I would like to mention.

Pros

The layout is very simple and easy to understand so it requires almost no training to use. Also it is designed to guide users directly to what they need without any confusion. We also have separate, dedicated portals for parents and students which makes information easy for everyone to find.

Cons

I have some concerns about security. The system also needs a better way to handle fee carryover between semesters or academic years.

Yes it is user friendly for everyone in every situation and it does not take much time of ours to get things done.

Based on my limited time using it, I have not found anything that needs to be changed or added just yet.

No cons. I strongly recommend it because it's incredibly simple for anyone to operate.

The functions are simple to operate and they provide excellent customer service when in need.

It is not accessible on smartphones or tablets which I count as a limitation.

Fedena's layout and tools are well-designed, user friendly and very easy to navigate.

The purchasing procedure has too many steps. So I think it would be better if the process was shorter and more direct.

Pros

The design and available features are solid. Plus the whole system is very easy to figure out once set up.

Cons

As per me the installation process is overly complicated because many necessary files are missing. You basically need a developer to get it running as it is not easy at all. Plus providing a single, self-installing file would be a huge improvement.

Fedena HR system does the basic work for us.

Cons

The user interface is a confusing mess. I mean it is just layers upon layers of links and you need a map to find your way around.
