Very easy to use, easy to access and simple to understand overall.

Cons

The only downside is that it takes quite a while before approval updates are communicated.

Pros

Getting around the program is quite easy and it doesn't take long to understand how everything works. The interface feels user-friendly overall and I appreciate that data can either be entered directly into the system or uploaded later using a prepared template. The data validation feature is also very helpful because it reduces incorrect entries and makes the reconciliation process much easier to manage.

Cons

One issue is the lack of industry- and business-specific features for the housing sector. There also aren't any online videos for new users to rely on which makes it harder to learn how to use the software fully, especially when it comes to reporting. It seems like the software may be capable of much more but a lot of that value is being missed simply because users don't have enough guidance on what features are available. It's hard to tell whether the limitation is in the software itself or in the lack of direct professional support.
