There's a lot of flexibility to tweak it and build on top of it which makes it possible to tailor the system to fit your specific business setup.
Cons
The downside is that it serves a smaller market so the skills you gain with it aren't as widely transferable or in demand as something like SAP.

Pros
Whenever we reach out to the help desk, the response is really good. The way the software works is also consistent across all modules which makes it easier to use from one section to another.
Cons
One issue we keep running into is that new releases don't always update our software automatically. Sometimes a glitch comes up, we contact support about it and then find out the problem happened because the update never came through.

During our transition, the customer support and service really exceeded our expectations and the help has continued consistently ever since.
Cons
There were a couple of reporting features we needed that weren't included by default so they had to be added or customized even though we assumed they would be standard.

Getting familiar with the software doesn't take long and the screens stay consistent across the different modules which makes everything easier to follow. On the technical side, the support has been exceptional.
Cons
A few capabilities from the underlying language and SQL aren't available within the software itself.
