“Fluentis is a high-quality ERP made in Italy.
Pros
I have been collaborating with Fluentis as a partner for several years. I find the service for both partners and clients to be very responsive and available. Fluentis strongly promotes sharing insights about its programs which is great. Plus the Fluentis ERP is modern, modular and scalable. It can meet the needs of individual professionals or small businesses as well as large companies with hundreds of jobs. The fact that it can be fully utilized either with 'on-premise' installation or in the cloud makes it the ideal choice for Italian SMEs. Lastly it is a high-quality product made in Italy which adds another point in its favor.
Cons
Given the speed at which Fluentis releases update patches once problems are reported, issues are resolved in a short time which minimizes the inconvenience for the end user. So there are not any cons I have to report.

“I recommend Fluentis.
Pros
The menu is great and does not lack additional features and departmental options. Furthermore the automatic updates, like Windows make it a competitive product.
Cons
The minimum use of variants and types prevents the software from being used by many users who rely on this feature. Additionally, some parts lack analysis or are slow to be developed.

“A unique tool for business organizations.
Pros
Fluentis introduction allowed us to streamline and optimize many of the administrative and organizational processes that were previously managed manually by us.
Cons
As a partner, we have had clients with particular configurations and we often had to push for support team to resolve structural issues (though this was a few years ago). Now the product is certainly more mature and stable.

“Take your time before buying it.
Pros
It has so many great features such as Constant updates, the possibility of development and interaction with external software through exchange tables, various customization options, automatic alert systems via email and notifications, visually appealing dashboards and a customizable color scheme. Also it is pretty perfect for standard article assemblies without customizations.
Cons
While the product has its pros, it also has multiple cons. For example, the screens are limited to specific types of views, such as tables and dashboards with rectangular groupings. There are limitations in scheduling flows, with only five states (not reviewed, scheduled, executive, launched, and completed), which hinder workflow progress. Managing article variants is problematic, it exists but isn't utilized. I had difficulty in managing customized production when the bill of materials is modified and relaunched, the system loses flexibility and becomes complicated. Self-management and control are limited, some designers use programming systems that cause issues when moving developments from testing to production databases (using field ID references instead of names, class limits in SQL rather than from tables, and differing developers referencing different tables). Production and subcontracting are poorly managed, with inadequate interaction with imported bills of materials, requiring extensive customization. And some bills of materials are missing.

“Easy to customize
Pros
Use of the right-click to access different tables is something I like the most. And also it is easy to customize menus and fields.
Cons
My problem is with duplicate article/BOM/cycle feature because too many parameters to set and each time the last operator's choice remains in memory. This creates problems when there are many users creating codes with different management needs, as in our case.

“Complete and very much configurable.
Pros
Fluentis is easy to customize. The modules cover all of the company's needs. plus the technical staff is highly skilled and amazing in finding the best solution for every type of requirement we have.
Cons
The annual support fee is mid-high. Occasionally, there are bugs that get fixed within a few weeks with the release of patches (particularly in the subcontracting module).

“Great tool
Pros
Functionality and design of Fluentis is simply amazing. Plus the system is easy to use even for the newbies and can be used both locally and in the cloud!
Cons
There should be documentation for the software, but I think this is a common issue with many ERPs.

“Excellent ERP.
Pros
Ease of use, customizable layout and completeness of information are the few features we like the most. Plus, for small and large companies, it is a wholesome and reliable product. I have worked for years with ERPs that are usually difficult and complex but Fluentis covers all business processes while being agile and quick in procedures.
Cons
I haven't found any gaps or shortcomings. From my point of view, it is complete.

“Quality and technology.
Pros
The ease of interaction between one form and another is commendable. The graphical layout of the screens is also top notch. Plus the technological expertise in translating various business processes into application software modules is liked by all of us!
Cons
Few of my concerns are: lack of information on using various fields or flags in Fluentis Academy, difficulty in identifying table fields in the "Ribbon Report Designer" and difficulty in getting immediate technical/systematic responses.
