The dashboard and reporting features, along with the ability to create customized reports are my favorite features in Focus ERP.

Cons

The SaaS-based model can be laggy at times and it seems like this area could use some improvement from the company.

This system is very easy to use for me, especially when the data entered is accurate and up-to-date.

Cons

There are some glitches, particularly with GST on invoices. It appears correctly on-screen during invoice creation, but sometimes the printed version shows GST as zero. This bug really confuses me and definitely needs attention!

The deployment process could benefit from a bit more refinement to improve the overall experience.

The software took me a lot of time to learn it and lacks some customizable reporting features, which could make it easier to use.

We are currently in the implementation phase of Focus ERP. This system promises us enhanced control over our procurement processes for sourcing products and working with factories. It is capable of storing critical documents linked to each item and factory, and the training support from the Focus ERP team has been incredibly helpful and supportive.

Cons

As we work through the implementation phase, one essential feature for us is displaying the cost per unit with four decimal points. Currently, it only supports two, making it challenging to get precise figures for quotes and invoices. Focus ERP is actively addressing this.

The search functions ensure that accurate entries are made, and the work order search lets us track job completion stages. Focus ERP is both reliable and user-friendly.

One downside is the inability to remove items from inventory once they have been used or charged to an invoice. This can lead to a buildup of obsolete items in inventory.
