“The transition wasn't that easy for us

Pros

I find it pretty user-friendly, though I did have a little trouble wrapping my head around how everything works and why it works that way. But it's customizable and their customer support is quick to help out. Plus I can easily find the information I need and also I saw some financial benefits in just the first year.

Cons

Transitioning from over 50 years of doing things another way has been tough. The French to English translations can be a bit off at times and the whole transition process for our company feels pretty long.

“Reasons to go with Genius ERP

Pros

Genius ERP is simply proven to be the best tool for us. It helps keep track of all the important info and really streamlines our processes. The helpdesk team is super quick to respond if we ever have any issues and the Canteens are great spots to ask questions, find solutions and learn new stuff.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints about Genius ERP. However some might see the consultation fee as a downside but I get that it's just paying for someone's time and time is money, right?

“Team and product are both awesome

Pros

I am impressed by the sales and implementation teams. They are highly knowledgeable and also super friendly. Plus they quickly respond whenever I need an assistance.

Cons

No complaints about Genius so far! We are still in the early stages of implementing it but I'm really excited for our Go Live date!

Pros

Overall, I've had a really good experience with Genius ERP. I picked up how to use it pretty quickly which depicts how easy it is to use. Plus, there are "help" options that I can access with just a click of a button which makes it even easier for me to figure things. Lastly it has all the functionalities our business needs.

Cons

I wish there was more variety in the crystal reports.

“Perfect for developing companies

Pros

I really appreciate that I have the option to filter most menus and the search options Genius ERP have are pretty smart.

Cons

Sometimes, it is hard to tell which processes I can edit and which ones are permanent. There have been times when it was too late and I ended up stuck with something I couldn't change.

What I liked most about the Genius ERP system is how easy it makes it for me to access export and import data to and from Excel.

Cons

What I like the least is how tough it can be to reach tech support.

I love how quickly we get service when there's an issue. So overall it is a solid software.

Cons

It's frustrating that I can't reverse certain actions once they are done.

Genius ERP is fairly easy to navigate and they even offer a bunch of training videos when I have questions which makes me admire it even more.

Cons

I did like to see fewer tabs to click on to get to specific screens or to find the information I need.

“Amazing but a little complex

Pros

Genius ERP covers the whole product life cycle for custom shops like ours. It takes care of everything from design and quoting all the way to production and delivery which makes management and efficiency really smooth throughout the process.

Cons

Genius ERP does a good job managing custom-made products but I found the training resources and quality tools to be a bit limited. I think we might need extra support from the vendor or user communities.

Pros

I'm impressed by the wide range of features that fit our business perfectly.

Cons

The setting up process didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped but Genius ERP stuck with us to make sure we got operational and helped us get where we needed to be.
