I can only speak about the benefits related to using the management software for my job role, although I have seen positive experiences from all my colleagues. I used to waste a lot of time conducting surveys and gathering responses from our customers. The CRM module of Gestionale sul Web has helped me with this. It is a time-saving tool that is very convenient and practical. Overall, Gestionale sul Web enhances my office work and allows me to complete tasks more quickly, resulting in happy customers and a focused team working towards our goals.
Cons
I have not noticed any negative aspects to report.

Pros
Gestionale sul Web impressed me with its completeness and additional features that can be activated to meet business needs. We activated the complete product, and now we can manage all areas of the business with one system. Notable are the functions for managing technical support and the mobile app for collecting technical intervention reports.
Cons
This is one of the few times when I fundamentally do not think there are any negative aspects to report.

This is a well-made cloud software that is comprehensive and has excellent support and post-sale service. The modern graphical interface and fast system work well regardless of the complexity of the tasks required. The software is periodically updated with new features and improvements to existing ones. The support service is very qualified and quick to solve any problems I may have.
Cons
There are no aspects of this management software that I liked less. Overall, it is an excellent tool.

Pros
One of the advantages of this cloud management software is that everything is integrated. With other management software, we had to use separate and external CRM modules that were not directly integrated. With Gestionale sul Web, we finally have an integrated system where the various modules share data and communicate in real-time. Moreover, it is a complete management software covering administrative, accounting, and technical aspects. The pre-and post-sale support service is excellent.
Cons
I think it would be useful for me to create new, personalized print reports on my own using tools like Crystal Reports.

I really like this software because the inventory management is thorough, automated, and functional, thanks to the included analysis tools. The purchase order management is efficient and quick. The training, support, and assistance services are excellent.
Cons
It would be helpful to create tools for automatic connections with external warehouses for drop shipping, that's my only suggestion.

As a user I find this software extremely feature-rich and above all it's simple and incredibly easy to operate. There's a mobile app for both iOS and Android. Pros
for our team this is a cloud-based program that lets us connect from anywhere as long as we have an Internet connection. Moving to remote work it really changed the game for our company. The interface is very simple and easy to navigate. Nearly all of the accounting, invoicing, inventory and production tasks can be completed directly inside the system or handled through bulk uploads when needed. The web version of the tool is highly customizable and thanks to the support of their consultants implementing it was relatively easy and didn't cause major headaches.
Cons
we haven't come across any problems worth reporting and have nothing negative to mention at the moment.

From my experience the software feels both comprehensive and simple to operate while still maintaining a professional and stable feel. Everything I need is congreatated into one platform from production and accounting to CRM and e-commerce so I no longer deal with constant data syncing. I also value the fast, responsive support and the ability to see live updates from the mobile app used by the field team.
Cons
I'd find it helpful if I could customize printed reports myself without assistance.

Pros
After dealing with buggy tools in the past we needed something mobile-friendly, feature-rich and affordable which pushed me toward supporting this solution. Daily operations have become far simpler and I now recommend it to clients because it delivers strong value for administrative, accounting, production planning and warehouse tasks.
Cons
Documentation and user guides could be improved in my opinion and made more comprehensive which is a noticeable shortcoming. however the company provides excellent customer support and very good initial training that largely compensates for the gaps in the written materials.

One thing that stands out to me is the breadth of modules available, covering both core functions and more specialized needs like warranties and technical support. The system feels scalable and tightly integrated and the modern interface makes navigation easy while customer support remains consistently reliable.
Cons
The session timeout on the system is rather short so I have to log in again frequently. It would be helpful if they allowed a longer session duration.

Reliability has been a major plus in my experience, as the software is extremely stable with almost no bugs or interruptions. Compared with other systems I've evaluated, it clearly performs better in uptime, stability and overall design quality.
Cons
I couldn't find any documentation that explains the features and functions of possible add-on modules which makes it hard for me to understand what extras are available and how they work.

Having access to APIs and mobile apps for both iOS and Android has been especially useful for me. The all-in-one setup handles everything from accounting to technical management and the pre- and post-sales assistance has been excellent.
Cons
As a technician who examined it closely, I find the tool to be stable and clearly built by a very experienced team so I haven't come across any problems worth reporting.
