feasible erp with excellent support

Pros

After using this tool in our ICT company for over two years I can honestly say it's been a real leap forward in how we operate especially because of its simple interface that allows even less experienced team members to navigate easily from the very first login thanks to the short learning curve. The everyday features make a tangible difference for me from customizable customer and supplier management and compliant e-invoicing to clear financial dashboards, smooth integrations, and easy remote access. On top of all that I find the technical support to be consistently quick, knowledgeable and solution-focused making it a platform that genuinely supports our growth and efficiency at every level.

Cons

In our experience the tool has fully met expectations and I haven't identified meaningful weaknesses or flaws.

Outdated interface with limited customization

Pros

In our case I couldn't identify clear benefits during the trial mainly because the evaluation period was too short to properly assess the software.

Cons

The interface felt outdated and glitchy and I found everyday tasks tough. I also ran into issues searching for products and would have preferred more privacy-conscious access controls.

cloud access with strong customization

Pros

I like that I can access it from anywhere becasue it is cloud-based. I also value the user-friendly interface, strong customization options and the continuous support that gives me peace of mind.

Cons

On the cons side I don't have anything to report. I haven't found any problems worth mentioning regarding this point.

Tailored support with ecommerce integration

Pros

What I really appreciate is the post-sales support especially because it's available in Italian which makes communication much smoother for me. I also value the tailor-made approach, the lack of installation fees and the Ecommerce integration that saves me a great deal of time collecting and reconciling data.

Cons

At the moment I haven't come across any downsides in using this tool.

Gets everything done efficiently

Pros

I found many things to like about Management on the Web, but the feature that stood out the most for me was its accessibility and mobility. Being able to access company data from anywhere at any time has truly changed how I work. In the past, I was limited to the office or specific devices to get company information. Now, thanks to this cloud management system, I can work from home, while traveling for business, or even at a cafe. This flexibility has significantly boosted my productivity and made it much easier to handle emergencies and meet deadlines. Plus, having immediate access to real-time data allows me to make quicker decisions. I do not have to wait for reports to be sent or for systems to be updated manually. All the information I need is available right away, which speeds up my decision-making process and makes it easier to manage my daily tasks. This freedom to work from anywhere has positively affected my personal life, helping me achieve a better balance between work and personal time. Overall, the flexibility and accessibility provided by Web Management have been a real breakthrough for me.

Cons

As a cloud management tool, it unfortunately has fewer customization options compared to on-premise solutions.

fast cloud management

Pros

Having used several cloud-based management systems I personally find this one superior. It's easy and fast to operate, information is clearly presented and the fully integrated modules work easily together. I also appreciate the punctual, thorough support which I haven't experienced with other platforms.

Cons

I'm very pleased with this tool so I don't have any disadvantages to point out, only positives.

A great cloud software

Pros

I have tried several cloud management systems, even from well-known providers, but in my opinion, Gestionale sul Web is definitely superior. The software is not complicated to use, it is simple and quick. The information is clear and easy to access. Also, it includes various modules that are fully integrated into the management system. The customer support is timely, fast, and provides complete and thorough answers, which I did not find with other cloud management systems.

Cons

As I mentioned before, I am very satisfied with this management tool, so I do not have any disadvantages to point out, only advantages.

Comprehensive system with regular updates

Pros

From my experience this cloud-based tool feels very comprehensive and runs smoothly. What stands out most for me is how effortlessly I can create documents and how quickly the system performs. I value the regular updates, ongoing improvements and the responsive, professional support that consistently makes my workflow easier.

Cons

To get print reports tailored to our needs I have to rely on them to do the customization rather than being able to adjust the reports myself which can be limiting for my workflow.

Love its Cloud Management

Gestionale sul Web is a very comprehensive cloud management system. Everything works very well, but I particularly appreciated how easy it is to create documents and how fast the system is for my work needs. Great features and great support

Pros

The management of technical support and tickets is easilyy integrated into the system and works in real-time. There is no need to use other external software for this type of activity, and the mobile app connects with the system in real-time without needing periodic synchronization. It is complete in all administrative and accounting functions. This is an excellent management product made with the latest software technologies and in line with current market needs. The technical support provided by the manufacturer is good.

Cons

It would be helpful to upload photos from the app so that they can be found in the management tool as proof of the completed work on the machine.

A solid accounting software

Pros

It is a comprehensive management software that covers both administrative and accounting aspects. What surprised me the most about this system is how easy it is to use and the automation of even the more complex accounting tasks. A really helpful tool

Pros

The modern graphical interface, fast software and complete functions make it ideal for small and medium businesses. As someone working in sales, I particularly appreciate the CRM and order management features because they are very comprehensive and easy to use. Comprehensive!

Pros

This is one of the most complete cloud management systems I have tested and used. Besides accounting, administrative, inventory, production, and CRM functions, it also has a great module for managing technical support and maintenance, which is directly integrated into the system and comes with a mobile app for managing reports and appointments. It is truly an excellent product, and we are very satisfied with it. The technical support service provided by the manufacturer is also very responsive.

Cons

Improving the session timeout management would be useful, as sometimes it is too short.

Covers everything

Pros

I was particularly impressed by how easy and fast this cloud management software is to use. It is very comprehensive and can process a large amount of data quickly. We have a parts catalog with over 70,000 items and materials lists with three levels of complexity, yet the system remains very quick for consultation and inventory management. The accounting and administrative functions are highly automated and rarely require manual intervention. Moreover, the software is regularly updated with new and interesting features. The technical support service is also very responsive and efficient.

Cons

I have not noticed any problems in over two years of using this management software.

A high quality product

Pros

This management system is fast, stable, and functional. Compared to other cloud management systems I have tested, it is clearly the best. Gestionale sul Web surprised me with its modern features. It is a very fast cloud management software built with the latest IT technologies available on the market. It has APIs, a dedicated mobile app, courier interface, connects directly to banks for automatic reporting, and integrates with major open-source e-commerce platforms. Of course, it also includes all the standard functions that any small to medium-sized business needs, such as accounting, production, administration, inventory management, technical support, and ticketing. Kudos to the developers!
