“Great cloud access”

Pros

Using this software has been a really positive experience for me. It's user-friendly, simple to work with, yet still very powerful. Since it's cloud-based, I can get to it anytime and from anywhere without dealing with any complicated setup.

Cons

One challenge is adding new code which can be difficult. I'd strongly suggest providing a short briefing video whenever new features are introduced or updates are made so users can keep up more easily.

Daily use has been very easy for me and it runs quickly with full search capabilities that make finding what I need simple.

Using the AWS system has been a big help especially during the pandemic situation we're in now.

Regular updates are definitely a good thing but I still run into some minor errors after they're installed. The QA team should take a closer look at the overall update process.

The interface is clear and comfortable for me to work with which makes it simple to navigate and handle day-to-day tasks.

Warehouse module feels quite limited and the sales quotation feature only matches about 80% of what our industry needs. There's also no support for e-commerce and the database isn't portable.

Using it for my daily operations and accounting is very easy and I find the system simple to work with.

One limitation is that I can't manually change the reference number for each month.

Because the interface is designed to work for a broad range of users, the layout can feel pretty complex and crowded at first glance.

Online access makes it convenient for me since everyone can log in and use it without much trouble. The different search options make shipments quick to locate and having all the relevant documents stored in the system helps cut down on paperwork.

Cons

I'd still like to see more user-friendly features that help operations teams manage each shipment better. It would also be good to have more management tools for monitoring every shipment more effectively.

Pros

With it being web-based, I've found this system very quick to pick up and there's no need to spend time going through pages of user manuals. I've used three other software platforms before this and this one is easily the best for me. It's fast, user-friendly and most importantly, it has boosted our operational efficiency by around 150% to 200%. The accounting features are also excellent. My operations team and accounting team no longer have to go back and forth doing double or triple checks. Overall it's a software my whole team really enjoys using.

Cons

Quotation module and WMS still feel only partially finished. They are usable but they definitely need more functionality. It would also be very helpful to have an app that is optimized for tablets and mobile phones.

Pros

Accuracy is one thing that really matters to me and this software delivers on that. On top of that, I've found the customer service has been excellent whenever help was needed.

Cons

There's still room to improve when it comes to flexibility and adding more customizable features would make it even better.

Being in freight forwarding, I've found this software to be a really great fit for our company. It's simple to pick up and doesn't take long to learn which helped our team start using it quickly. We rely on it for invoicing and billing, filing, load management, shipment tracking and even customer management so it covers a lot of what we need in one place. Another big advantage for me is being able to access it from anywhere as long as there's an internet connection.

Cons

There are quite a few features and functions available so that can make things a little confusing for some users at times. Even with that, it has still become a very practical and useful tool for our team.

Using it day to day feels easy for me. It's simple to navigate, switching between pages is quick and the reminder icon is a really useful touch.

Cons

Accounting side could be clearer. I'd love to see a more organized layout, ideally with everything on one page showing AP, AR and profit together.

Pros

I like that it's a very comprehensive platform that covers just about every part of freight forwarding. The accounting side is also quite detailed which makes it useful across more areas of the business.

Cons

It feels like there's almost too much packed into it. There are a lot of features and options and some of them really should be automated. It seems like the system is trying to satisfy every type of customer but the user experience could be more aligned so completing a shipment takes less time.

Right from the start, I've found the pricing feels very reasonable. I've worked in this industry for more than 10 years and have seen all kinds of systems, both cheaper and more expensive. Compared with those, this one comes at a lower cost while still covering almost everything needed, not 100% but definitely around 98%. It's also easy to use and doesn't take much effort to understand.

Cons

Everything has been going well. If I had to mention one concern, it would be that the server isn't visible. I just hope there won't be any problems with the data being stored online.

I'm able to use this anywhere as long as I have internet and it runs without issues. The interface is clean, organized and very simple to understand as well.

Cons

At times, the port code can be a bit confusing and ramp and port details still have to be added manually. If all of that were already included before using it, it would be perfect.

Entering data is easy for me and locating records is just as simple.

The accounting side is easy to work with and the software is simple to use.

Getting started with this software was easy for me because the training was simple to follow. It's also convenient to access and I find being able to use it on mobile makes it even more practical day to day.

Cons

A downside is that some of the default settings still need to be changed or updated through the IT team instead of letting users handle those adjustments themselves.

Using it has been really easy for me. It looks modern, I can sign in from anywhere as long as I have internet access and I've found the support team has been very helpful whenever I've needed assistance.

Since I don't have a background in accounting some of the accounting features are still a bit difficult for me to navigate.
