“well-designed POS with reliable support”
Pros
Compared with a lot of small local POS tools that seem cheaper at first but turn into a headache later, this one feels very well designed. It makes more sense to invest in Gofrugl, especially since it stands on par with well-known ERP names like Microsoft, Salesforce and SAP. Rej AG Technologies in Bangalore has been the best solution partner in my case, serving across India and responding quickly to support requests and queries. Buying through a good partner is a better choice than purchasing directly because the support quality is much better.
Cons
The software is user-friendly and comes with useful reports, inventory management and great security. They do have centralized support but the better and more responsive service is really seen through partners like Rej AG Technologies in Bangalore.

Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the pricing. It's reasonably priced and also comes with 24/7 live support, live online training and detailed documentation which makes it even more valuable.
Cons
It also includes mobile apps for real-time store reporting and management.

Pros
The design is minimal and billing works quickly. Beyond that, there really is not much else to highlight.
Cons
There are quite a few downsides, especially the customer support team and how unresponsive they are when a serious issue comes up. It also feels like the developers are still in training which shows in the product.

Whenever I'm buying a product, I can quickly check its latest log, including the last price, previous purchase date, quantity and similar details for that specific item.

Getting back to the main interface in just one click would make it better.
