I really like that the support team is always there to help if needed and they're quick to respond, usually within 24 hours, whenever an issue comes up. It's a relief knowing that I have that kind of backup. Using it, I'm able to focus more on my craft without getting bogged down by compliance and tracking issues. The easy setup was also great, thanks to the training provided by their support team.
Cons
There could be a less expensive version for micro cultivation as we do not use all of the features they provide.

A game-changer for our cultivation operations! After comparing several software options, we decided to go with it and we've never regretted it. The team is constantly working to improve the platform and is always open to our feedback. It's clear they have a deep understanding of the cannabis industry because the software meets all our needs smoothly. We also love their customer service.. every issue we've had has been resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
Cons
There is room for improvement functionality wise, but the team actively works with us to find solutions so I'm confident the software will continue to evolve alongside our industry.
