Pros

It handles large volumes well, lets us build focused products and supports a wide range of transactions.

Cons

It is not very flexible when creating new products or integrating with other platforms. The technology and features feel a bit dated and the implementation teams are not very adaptable because they already know the platform's limitations.

Pros

Gives our team a really clear picture of our network and who is connected to whom which makes it much easier to work together on new sales and marketing opportunities. We use the tags, notes and filters a lot to keep our connections organized and stay on top of our pipelines. It's simple to work with but still very capable and I also appreciate how open the team is with the community about the new features they're building.

Cons

Honestly, there wasn't anything I disliked. Whenever something was unclear on our end, their team responded quickly and helped right away.

Pros

This tool adapts well to changing business requirements and is simple to understand and work with. Users can access and open multiple accounts and it supports a range of market needs which makes it quite useful.

Cons

The interface still has room for improvement and some function updates could be better. Bringing modules together does not always work flawlessly, not every solution is fully customized and customers are not really involved in the module design process.
