Pros
It's a very specialized platform for food distribution and the feature set is quite comprehensive for that niche.
Cons
It relies on proprietary technology so support really depends on the vendor. It's also still running on older on-prem infrastructure that needs Windows servers and the move toward a more modern interface and overall app experience is taking far too long.
