“Useful tool for handling data & privacy

Pros

I really appreciate how it Work keeps everything secure and private, which helps me and my team hit our goals. It's awesome because everything we need is all in one place, making it super convenient. It's definitely one of the biggest perks of using it.

Cons

The user interface could definitely be more user-friendly. I find it a bit tricky to search for specific data and I think it could be more precise with better filters to help narrow things down easily.

Pros

iManage Work is such a solid tool for managing both documents and emails. It has a lot of great features that make everything at the office run smoothly. I can tell it's built to keep things organized.

iManage is solid in all aspects. It's a complete system that does everything I need.

“Perfect for managing matters in legal work

The interface is really easy to use and I love that it's integrated with Tracker. It's great having a single place to store everything, so I don't have to jump between different platforms.

Cons

It does require some training to get the hang of and sometimes it crashes, which can be frustrating.

“Really paid off for our team!

Pros

Since we started using iManage Work, our global team has been able to collaborate without any delays. Before each department had their own separate network drives and it was a nightmare trying to access each other's files. It solved that problem and helped us cut down on the time wasted on document sharing. Plus the co-authoring feature lets us work on the same document at the same time, without worrying about losing different versions. It's also nice that I can easily see everything, emails and documents when I'm working with others. It gives me the full picture so I know exactly what's going on and what I need to do.

Cons

There have been some pain points using iManage but the support team is always open to feedback and suggestions for improvements. My team has even contributed to some feature updates. One thing I really wish iManage had is more training materials for beginners , like how to open a new matter or detailed guides on how to use Work Web. I'm excited about their new "Use iManage" feature though, as it should help when training both new and existing users.

“Centralized document access

Pros

I like the matter-centric approach. It's almost like storing documents on your computer but the best part is that everyone can access the same files! The web interface is simple to use and it's very user-friendly.

Cons

It can be a bit on the pricey side and managing it takes a lot of admin work. If you don't stay on top of things, you'll find yourself opening tickets constantly. The initial setup can also be a bit overwhelming, especially if it's integrated with lots of other applications.

“Happy with the service we get

Pros

The interface is super easy to use and the functionality is powerful. It's great that it supports multiple document versions and lets you combine different versions across various types of files. It makes managing documents so much easier.

Cons

APIs could definitely speed things up. Other than that, everything else seems to be working well so far.

“Really enjoy using iManage Cloud

Pros

The web interface is a big hit with users. The Google-like search functionality is fast and responsive. I love how iManage keeps me up to date with the latest versions of documents, all automatically no extra effort needed on my part.

Cons

Nothing major to complain about, but a few users did mention that when we switched from FileSite to iManage, we lost the ability to email a Word document as a PDF straight from iManage. Also, accessing the trash is only possible in Work Web, not Work Panel which can be a bit inconvenient.
