iNECTA Food continuously invests significant time and effort into developing their product and improving it for their customers which I like about them.

Cons

We cannot use all the features they offer because we are still on an older version of NAV.

Pros

They have strong expertise in the food industry both food manufacturing and distribution, excellent project management skills, clear timelines, well-defined deliverables and they proactively address potential issues. Also they are focused on building partnerships, staying involved at every stage of ERP/MRP implementation. Beyond just implementation they provide ongoing guidance and well considered recommendations to maximize our Business Central's functionality.

Cons

Well we have no complaints. Simply put they are the right Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central partner for us. They go beyond just the technical side and take the time to understand our business operations often identifying areas that can be improved.

Pros

The teams expertise and commitment have been invaluable to our account. Her deep understanding of our processes, proactive problem solving and excellent instructional skills ensure efficient solutions. We also greatly like her companys commitment to excellence, reliability and exceptional customer support.

Cons

Our main issue is being charged for simple questions that are answered quickly. Additionally the delay in issuing credits and the confusion surrounding the invoice process often cause issues within our accounting team. I feel like streamlining these processes would significantly improve our overall experience.

It is an all in one system that makes real time data easily accessible to everyone within our organization.

Cons

I noticed it lacks essential reporting and insights that businesses rely on to make informed decisions. Everything with them is custom and nothing comes out of the box. And the cost to maintain the system after implementation is high due to the constant need for customization.

I like that iNECTA combines the enterprise-grade capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics which is widely adopted and supported with industry-specific features designed to meet our unique needs.

Honestly I have no concerns to share at this time.
