“All-in-one workforce dashboard
Pros
It gives me one place to handle just about everything related to work. I can view my schedule, check my hours, submit PTO requests, update my personal details and see information like my job title description and pay rate. It's also really helpful that I can access and print my paystubs whenever I need them. Another big plus is being able to monitor how much PTO I still have which makes it easier to avoid hitting the maximum and wasting any time off.
Cons
The part I don't care for is getting locked out after three attempts especially since the system sometimes seems to glitch. There have been times when I entered the correct password but it didn't recognize it and still said it was wrong.

“Centralized business data win!
Pros
Everything stays organized in one place which makes business information much more accessible whenever it's needed.
Cons
I just wish there were a simpler way to share and send that information to other people.

“Efficient erp!
Pros
Right away, this stands out for how efficient its features are. It has also been very reliable which is a big reason it works so well for us.
Cons
At this point I don't have any complaints. It really meets our needs well.

“powerful features!
Pros
The features it includes are really good but we still don't know how to use them properly.
Cons
There's no support, no user manual for the tool and no cloud training available to help clear up our questions.

“Powerful forecasting and planning tools
Pros
A wide range of features is available to work with and that flexibility really helps when it comes to getting the job done effectively. The data running in the background is also valuable since it can support accurate forecasting and warn you about possible supply chain planning issues before they become bigger problems.
Cons
there are a lot of forms so it can feel a bit overwhelming at first and takes some time to learn. I'm also not a fan of having to open multiple pages just to check different site locations. It would be much better if all of that could be viewed together on a single page.

“costly and unusable mess
Pros
Honestly there isn't really anything positive to say because the system is extremely hard to navigate.
Cons
From where I stand, pretty much everything has been a problem. To start with, the distributor we bought it from seemed to have no real understanding of what the system could actually do. Their whole approach was basically to keep dropping the price until it felt impossible to say no. That's when the trouble started. We began training with the distributor, only to find out they didn't actually know how to make the software work properly. After that, we had to go directly to Infor for help and of course that came with a much higher hourly cost. You keep pushing forward because you assume it will eventually come together but it's hard to believe a company can stay in business selling something that just isn't practical to use in the real world. The worst part is how painfully slow it is. Even simple tasks take far too long to finish. After spending well over $100,000 which is a huge amount for a small business, it became clear that this had turned into a major write-off. We started this project 2 and a half years ago and at this point we will probably abandon it completely. The only saving grace is that we never went live and are still using our old system which continues to work just fine. I've also heard of other companies that did go live and then discovered it didn't work for them either. If you care at all about your time, your money and your stress level, stay away. Buyer beware.

“Helpful order lookup, slower loading
Pros
One upgrade that stands out is how much simpler it is to track down obscure orders and products that were processed years ago. That search capability is genuinely useful and feels like a real improvement.
Cons
Everything depends on your internet connection. Even setting the bugs aside, that can lead to slow load times when generating documents. Older versions also worked more like a spreadsheet, where you could jump from cell to cell and that flexibility seems to be missing now.
