Pros
Running a city's day to day work is much easier with Infor because it's highly customizable and dependable. We rely on it every day for permits, inspections, billing and land use projects and it handles all of that really well. The automated email notifications are helpful and it connects well with our electronic plan review software. It also lets us assign plans, permits and inspections to specific people or teams with due dates which keeps everything organized. On top of that it supports asset management, service requests, time tracking and billing.
Cons
Not a complaint but since this product has so many features, it's highly recommended to bring in an implementation consultant.
