All my work info in one spot

Pros

The best part about this tool for me is having everything in one spot. I can check my schedule, see my hours, request time off, update my info, look up my job details and pay rate and even view and print my paystubs. It's super helpful for keeping track of my PTO so I never hit the limit.

Cons

What I dislike about It is getting locked out after just three tries. Sometimes it glitches and I know I'm putting in the right password but it does not accept it and says it's incorrect.

Keeps our business perfectly organized

Pros

Well I really like how it organizes all our business info in one spot. Before stuff was everywhere and hard to find but now I can easily find whatever I need.

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to share and send info to other people. It feels a bit hard right now.

completely efficient and totally reliable

Pros

I am a big fan of how efficient it is. Everything just works smoothly and it's totally reliable and I love it�.

Cons

Powerful features but no guidance

Pros

It clearly has a lot of powerful and useful features which is great in theory. But honestly we are really struggling with them in practice because we have not received proper guidance or training on how to use them effectively.

Cons

There's no support, no tool manual and no cloud training to help clear up our questions.

Useful features help predict the future

Pros

there are so many useful features to pick from that really help me do my job well. The data it uses can even help predict future trends or warn you about possible issues in planning.

Cons

there are just way too many forms and its difficult to use. I also don't like that you have to open multiple pages just to view different site locations, I'd rather see it all on one screen.

a total nightmare!

Pros

Honestly I don't like anything about it, it's very hard to find my way around the system.

Cons

First off the distributor we bought it from had no clue about the system's real capabilities. Their only sales tactic was to drop the price until it seemed like a no-brainer. Then the nightmare started. We began training with the distributor, only to realize they didn't know how to make it work either. So we switched to dealing with Infor directly, at a higher hourly rate of course. We kept pushing, thinking it would eventually click. Honestly I don't know how a company stays in business selling a product that�s not even usable in the real world. The worst part is how slow it is and tasks take forever. $100,000+ later (and we're a small company!), we're looking at a total write-off. It's been 2 1/2 years and we'll probably scrap it. The only silver lining is we never went live and we are still on our old system which works perfectly fine. I've heard of companies that did go live and then realized it was a disaster. If you value your time, money and sanity�. stay far away. Seriously, buyer beware.

slow loading times

Pros

Some features are great for tracking down old orders and products from years ago. That's definitely an upgrade in my book.

Cons

Everything depends on your internet connection. Bugs are one thing but slow loading times when generating documents are just frustrating. Older versions felt more like a spreadsheet where you could hop between cells easily but now it's� well, not that.

fast and easy payroll

Pros

The payroll system is fast, easy and I can print what I need. It's also simple to add, delete or fix time punches.

Cons

I don't like how complicated the passwords have to be, they are almost comically long.
