The dashboard options are really useful, importing data is simple and the customer support team is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful whenever needed.
Cons
A bit more documentation would help new users get started faster although the customer support is excellent and makes up for it.

“Minimal learning curve”
Pros
Getting started with it took very little time and the learning curve was short. The new dashboard templates make setup incredibly fast which helped us get things running quickly. The targets and thresholds feature has been especially valuable for tracking our SLAs with customers. It has covered most of our data automation and analytics requirements. Implementation was completed in record time and whenever we got stuck, the product team's support was there to guide us effectively.
Cons
There is nothing specific to call out about the product itself. More help videos and documentation would still be useful although the support team is currently handling that gap well.
