“Flexible ERP for small businesses”
Pros
This worked really well as an ERP platform for small to mid-sized businesses and I found it effective in that range. After understanding how the system is coded, I was able to manage custom changes fairly easily. The modules connect well and I find the overall system logic easy once learned.
Cons
There's definitely a steep learning curve before you can start doing any custom development. You really need to make sure custom code is built the right way so it continues to work properly with upgrades and system fixes. As the business expands and transaction volume increases, rollover issues can start to appear. If sales, invoice and/or PO numbers roll over within the same calendar year, it can cause problems.

“Scalable but limited efficiency system”
Pros
Setting up the system is fairly easy and I found day-to-day use quite simple as well. It includes plenty of useful functions like sales processes, purchase orders, warehouse management and financial tools.
Cons
I have noticed that some areas feel unfinished and require adjustments with provider support. It works well for a standalone company but I feel it becomes less efficient as the business grows more complex.
