“reliable cloud ERP for food teams”
Pros
Working in a food production office, I've found JustFood to be a great ERP option. It runs on Microsoft Cloud which brings the availability, flexibility and reliability you would expect from management software. Whether staff are in the front office, on the shop floor, or out on the road, they can access and interact with the business data they need. Using JustFood in the cloud has also helped us reduce management costs, speed up the rollout of new features and let us focus more on growth instead of spending time managing technology.
Cons
There are a few minor complications when using it and the information provided about the stock being used is fairly limited. Some of its features include batch processing, shop floor controls and a planning engine that connects directly with a demand forecasting system. The software also covers food safety with full lot traceability and quality audits, while offering real-time inventory management along with shipping and logistics management.

“Flexible dynamics foundation”
Pros
Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, this software feels like a dependable long-term platform that is unlikely to disappear anytime soon. It's also flexible enough to handle a wide range of scenarios which has helped us keep the amount of customization needed to a minimum.
Cons
The support materials for many of the custom components JustFood developed are fairly limited. On top of that, making report changes without paying JustFood is restricted and a bit difficult to work through. The Warehouse Logistics features especially for managing delivery routes, weren't adaptable enough for our needs and ended up requiring modifications. Their implementation team also seems stretched too thin which has made it harder to get issues resolved quickly and the higher employee turnover hasn't helped either.

“all-in-one time saver”
Pros
Having everything in one place really makes my day-to-day work much more manageable. It simplifies routine tasks and saves me time because there's no need to jump between different systems.
Cons
Getting it implemented was the hardest part. A lot of us weren't very familiar with ERP software so the setup felt bumpy and confusing at times. That may have also had something to do with the consultant we were assigned and I know he's no longer with the company.

“Better production planning and costing”
Pros
Being fully integrated with Microsoft Office and offering an OData connection has been a real advantage for us. I also find the traceability features and fixed assets module very useful. We're now able to analyze production costs much better and production planning has improved with the Scheduler. The Plant application is also very user-friendly for people working on the shop floor.
Cons
The QA module is not very simple to work with. Floor works well for warehouse employees overall but some screens don't display properly on mobile devices so we have to resize them.

“powerful platform for production”
Pros
This software is very great and dependable. From my experience, it delivers strong operations-focused functionality that can really improve production processes and data collection across a facility. It also handles strict audit requirements such as BRC very well. The quality management side is fully integrated, with audit checks that even reach into warehouse operations. I also find it a strong system for supporting and improving any preventive maintenance program. Having MPS and MRP run alongside each other, together with forecasting features, is another big advantage I've experienced.
Cons
Like with most ERP systems, reporting tends to be the weak spot. As the product continues to develop, setups such as Analytics seem likely to close that gap and, over time, could turn reporting into more of a strength by giving users better tools directly within the software.

“Attentive support and clear follow-up”
Pros
Whenever a support issue comes up, it gets acknowledged right away and handled within a reasonable timeframe. I also find communication excellent especially when something needs to be escalated.
Cons
The downside is that some problems still need a developer to step in and that can sometimes mean extra cost.

“stock tracking finally delivered”
Pros
After such a long wait, the food industry finally has a tool that can track stock, expiry dates, item locations, FIFO methods and more. I see it as something that really brings together the key features this industry has been needing.
Cons
While it delivers all the essential results, the pricing feels too high for many small business owners to comfortably afford.

“Excellent inventory tools”
Pros
Built with excellent tools, I like that it helps bakeries and food service businesses, like mine, stay on top of inventory, reporting and a lot more.
Cons
The cost is a bit high but if your business is growing or already operating at a higher level, it's an investment you'll likely need to make.

“reliable cloud inventory control”
Pros
Inventory data is accurate and I find the system easy to work with. It gives me clear visibility into income and supply and the food safety tools cover full lot traceability and quality audits. On top of that, I rely on its real-time inventory tracking along with shipping and logistics management. Since JustFood runs on the Microsoft Cloud platform, I see it delivering the accessibility, scalability and reliability expected from management software. Employees like me can access and work with business data whether in the front office, on the shop floor, or out on the road. Using JustFood in the cloud has also helped reduce management costs, speed up access to new capabilities and let us focus more on growth instead of managing the technology.
Cons
There are a few minor complications when using it and the details about inventory usage could be more complete. It does include features such as batch processing, shop floor controls and a planning engine that is directly integrated with a demand forecasting system. The food safety side also covers full lot traceability and quality audits, while supporting real-time inventory management as well as shipping and logistics management.

“fantastic support and friendly team”
Pros
This works really well for small to mid-sized companies. I find it simple to use, the support is fantastic and the staff is always friendly. On top of that, I've experienced their yearly customer appreciation parties which have been some of the best I've attended.
Cons
A few bugs tend to stick around longer than they should and some of them reappear just when you think they've been resolved.
