It helps us automate customer management order processing and invoicing all in one place. One thing we really appreciate is that every module follows a similar layout which makes the system quick to learn. Since everything is fully integrated, it cuts out a lot of manual work. Getting into the information we need only takes one or two clicks so tasks move along very quickly for our team. The software is also customizable which makes it fit our business needs well.
Cons
It does include some dashboards but having more of them available would be a nice improvement.

Being a non-profit with limited resources, we've really benefited from how flexible the system is, how simple it is to work with and how outstanding the support has been for us. That combination has made a huge difference for our team.
Cons
One thing that still feels missing is a more user-friendly front-end interface. Order picking, inventory management, reporting and similar tasks are all pretty easy but they still take some training and a bit of time to get comfortable with. A customizable dashboard would also be really helpful so stakeholders could get a quick snapshot of the warehouse without having to dig through individual reports.

The strict inventory control and the automation built into the system have been really helpful in our case especially when handling order fulfillment across multiple platforms. It takes a lot of manual work off our plate and makes the process much more manageable.
Cons
A downside is that certain features or sections can be hard to locate at first. I've adjusted to it over time but the navigation can definitely feel confusing for new users.

Everything feels user-friendly and well organized for me which makes the system pleasant to work with. I also rely on the Sales Order report quite a bit because it helps me monitor sales for each customer very effectively.
Cons
A few sections are locked in a way that you can't edit them yourself if you make a typo which can be frustrating. That said whenever I've needed help, support has always been able to step in and resolve it.

Within just a couple of clicks, I can usually find exactly what I need. The system feels customized to fit how our business actually operates which has been a big plus. Their team is fantastic to work with and always approachable when questions or issues come up. It's user-friendly, works reliably with the other programs we integrate and they're also open to expanding those integrations when needed.
Cons
The financial side could benefit from a few small adjustments especially to let users view more information on one screen instead of having to jump between tabs. A financial dashboard would also be a valuable addition down the road. That said they've been excellent to work with when it comes to understanding our needs and helping find the right solution.

This ERP does a lot more than just cover the basics. It's packed with features, reasonably priced and supported by an account management, project management and development team that honestly feels unmatched. I always joke that they're like my genie in a bottle because whenever I come up with an idea to improve our setup, they jump on it immediately and most of the time the change is completed within just a few days. Another huge advantage compared with other ERP platforms is that you actually work directly with the people who built the software when it comes to customization. To me, that's the biggest reason the implementation can take 6 months instead of dragging out to 18.
Cons
If there's one area that could use improvement, it's the user interface. The software itself is very fast, highly flexible and versatile enough to fit almost any kind of company in North America but that same level of customization does come with a tradeoff. For someone new to the system, the UI can feel a bit tricky to navigate and the visual design could definitely be polished to make it more appealing. That said they're constantly updating and improving the product so I'm confident this is something they'll address more in the near future. Beyond that, there really isn't much to complain about.

Once I got familiar with one screen, the rest of the system felt very simple because the layout and workflow stayed consistent from module to module. It's easy to use, the views can be customized without much trouble and it's simple to drill down into the details to track the source of activity.
Cons
One frustration during implementation was that our team wasn't able to import items on our own. Maybe that's something their personnel train users on later but it felt unnecessarily tough to rely on their team for basic item, client and vendor imports. According to the team, functions still in progress include Budget, Multi-Currency and Multi-Company congreatation. The missing budget functionality in the current Financial Module was especially disappointing since budgeting is such an important part of running a business. On top of that, being limited to only the SPS EDI provider really restricts the options and direction for companies that want to build out an omni-channel presence.

It handles most of what we need across operations, accounting and supply chain and I've also seen how well it connects with other programs, websites and PLM systems. Running reports to monitor performance is very easy and it also works really well for e-commerce integration.

Shipping is now handled quickly and accurately in our case. The system shows available on-hand inventory and item locations right on the shipping screen so selecting them is simple. Invoices, packing slips and labels are generated automatically. I no longer have to come in on weekends to process shipments or warehouse transfers and the same improvement applies to RMA receiving. As soon as an RMA is received, the replacement order is created automatically which means no more overtime spent manually entering RMA orders. It's been such a relief seeing the rooms cleared out of boxes. I'd definitely recommend it. The sales team also stopped chasing me down because orders are going out faster and they can track the status themselves.
Cons
Font size could be a bit larger and some of the information on screen feels unnecessary. For example, I don't really need to see the part description when all I need is the part number.

From a cost perspective, this ERP has delivered the best value for what our company needs. When I compare it with the features we had from our previous ERP provider, we're saving around 80% to 90% while still covering almost the same requirements.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't offer as much flexibility in certain functions as our previous ERP. With the old system, there were usually several ways to complete a task but here it often comes down to just one option.
