Simple modules and fantastic support

Pros

Two things really made this software stand out for me. First it's very user-friendly. The different modules, production, purchasing, inventory and the rest, all work in a very similar way. Once I understood one, picking up the others was pretty easy which made the transition much easier and also helped when training the rest of my team. Second, the customer support has been outstanding. On the rare occasions we've run into issues, the IT support team has responded quickly and taken excellent care of us. Even when we were trying to do something beyond the software's standard scope, they were still extremely helpful and worked with us to find a way to accomplish what we needed. Truly excellent customer support.

Cons

While writing this I realized there really isn't anything that comes to mind as a notable problem with it.

inventory control done right

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is its inventory and order management in my experience. It gives clear visibility across products, locations and sales channels which really helps cut down on mistakes and manual tasks. The system is flexible, scalable and a strong fit for businesses like ours that are expanding. On top of that customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever questions have come up.

Cons

Getting started can take a bit of time especially for new users since the initial setup and learning curve are not the quickest. The interface works well enough but some parts could definitely feel more modern and aligned. There are also occasional small bugs after updates although they usually get fixed without much delay.

reliable ERP and responsive support

Pros

Throughout the time we used it the system was dependable and had very few problems for us. It gave us strong functionality and great value for handling our ERP requirements. On the rare occasions when something came up, I found the MOA support team responded quickly and got it sorted without much delay. Overall the service and partnership we received were excellent.

Cons

There was hardly anything to complain about. The few minor issues that did come up were addressed quickly by the support team so nothing really felt like a major downside while we were using the software.

User-friendly warehouse inventory tool

Pros

Right away the platform felt simple to navigate and quick to pick up for our team which made a big difference for our warehouse inventory work. Being able to learn it without much effort was really helpful for us.

Cons

One thing that was frustrating was having to submit trouble tickets whenever something went wrong and it usually took a while before the issue was resolved. We also ran into occasional problems accessing the site.

responsive support team

Pros

Whenever I submitted trouble tickets or needed help troubleshooting, I noticed the customer service team was quick to respond and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

Cons

An area that could be better is how user errors are handled. If a mistake is made some records can't be changed afterward because they're locked for security which I do appreciate. It would be useful to have an option where updates or corrections could still be made if they were reviewed and approved by a second user, such as an admin.

Lifesaver for operations

Pros

From day one this system has made a huge difference in how we handle operations for our team. It's honestly been a lifesaver for us. The real-time visibility and full audit trail let us see exactly who moved what and when which has solved a lot of the issues we used to have with lost items and tracking things down. It has also helped us stay organized for events, keeping track of everything from consumables to equipment. We use the CRM to manage communication with clients and note any special requirements which has been very helpful. The platform is very user-friendly and I found the team did an excellent job with training. Reporting is easy as well and that has been especially useful for grant applications. Overall it's been an excellent system for us.

Cons

Only thing currently missing is budgeting although they are working on releasing that soon.

excellent reports and usability

Using it feels very easy for me and I also find all of the reports excellent.

Cons

Wish some of the modules could be rearranged. For example, Sales Orders and Sales Shipping seem like they should sit under the same module and I feel the same way about Purchase Orders.

Easy inventory workflow

Pros

The system feels very easy to me and works a lot like other inventory platforms so anyone who has used a digital inventory tool before should be able to get comfortable with it pretty quickly.

Cons

Telling when you've moved into a different sub-menu inside a module can be confusing. Users who are not very tech-savvy may have a harder time finding their way through each sub-menu because it's not clearly shown that there are separate "view" and "activity" options within them. I'd also suggest adding a "Favorites" feature so users can save the modules they use most often and open them faster.

Donation center success story!!

Pros

When our non-profit stepped in to support the migrant crisis in Chicago, we launched a Donation Center in a completely empty warehouse and had no idea how we were going to handle donations and purchasing at the same time. We needed an inventory system that could help us keep orders, inventory, logistics, accuracy and data integrity under control and that is when we learned about it. It truly set us up for success. On top of that, the team has been incredible to work with. They supported us from the very beginning all the way through going live and we honestly could not be happier with how everything turned out. We are now the first Donation Center in the city with an Inventory Management system that keeps our data organized and reliable and we credit that to it. We even added a scanning system that helps keep everything in order and in the right place. We are extremely grateful for both the system and the team behind it.

Cons

something that would make it better is having tutorial videos for training. That would be especially helpful for onboarding new staff members who need to learn the system quickly. It does include step-by-step PDF instructions which are useful but video training would still be a big improvement. We also ran into compatibility issues with some Macs so we ended up purchasing Windows tablets instead.

A easy onboarding experience makes it easy for me to get started with it and I've found there's a lot of automation built in. The integrated accounting tools and financial reporting are especially useful.

Cons

After using the Sales and CRM module for some time, we've seen a real improvement in closing deals and activating partners. I've found having all the key details in one place, like conversations, contracts and past records, has been incredibly valuable for our team. The platform is easy to use even for colleagues who aren't very comfortable with technology. I have had an excellent experience using it. It offers tailored solutions that match the needs of our growing business and I find the software very accessible and user-friendly. One of its biggest strengths is how easily it fits into our operational framework which helps keep our business processes running without interruption. Perfect support across channels

Pros

The biggest strengths for us has been the customer service. Since we operate across a mix of retail, e-commerce, wholesale, B2B and D2C, we need an ERP that can handle all of those touchpoints and I find this system does a great job of supporting that complexity.

Cons

Because our setup involves several business platform integrations, there are times when we still have to ask for workarounds. That said their team is always quick and eager to help us find a solution.

Fully integrated and customizable platform

Pros

It helps us automate customer management order processing and invoicing all in one place. One thing we really appreciate is that every module follows a similar layout which makes the system quick to learn. Since everything is fully integrated, it cuts out a lot of manual work. Getting into the information we need only takes one or two clicks so tasks move along very quickly for our team. The software is also customizable which makes it fit our business needs well.

Flexible support that delivers

Pros

Being a non-profit with limited resources, we've really benefited from how flexible the system is, how simple it is to work with and how outstanding the support has been for us. That combination has made a huge difference for our team.

Cons

One thing that still feels missing is a more user-friendly front-end interface. Order picking, inventory management, reporting and similar tasks are all pretty easy but they still take some training and a bit of time to get comfortable with. A customizable dashboard would also be really helpful so stakeholders could get a quick snapshot of the warehouse without having to dig through individual reports.

Great inventory control and automation

Pros

The strict inventory control and the automation built into the system have been really helpful in our case especially when handling order fulfillment across multiple platforms. It takes a lot of manual work off our plate and makes the process much more manageable.

Cons

A downside is that certain features or sections can be hard to locate at first. I've adjusted to it over time but the navigation can definitely feel confusing for new users.

Everything feels user-friendly and well organized for me which makes the system pleasant to work with. I also rely on the Sales Order report quite a bit because it helps me monitor sales for each customer very effectively.

Cons

A few sections are locked in a way that you can't edit them yourself if you make a typo which can be frustrating. That said whenever I've needed help, support has always been able to step in and resolve it.

Within just a couple of clicks, I can usually find exactly what I need. The system feels customized to fit how our business actually operates which has been a big plus. Their team is fantastic to work with and always approachable when questions or issues come up. It's user-friendly, works reliably with the other programs we integrate and they're also open to expanding those integrations when needed.

Cons

The financial side could benefit from a few small adjustments especially to let users view more information on one screen instead of having to jump between tabs. A financial dashboard would also be a valuable addition down the road. That said they've been excellent to work with when it comes to understanding our needs and helping find the right solution.

feature-rich ERP with outstanding support

Pros

This ERP does a lot more than just cover the basics. It's packed with features, reasonably priced and supported by an account management, project management and development team that honestly feels unmatched. I always joke that they're like my genie in a bottle because whenever I come up with an idea to improve our setup, they jump on it immediately and most of the time the change is completed within just a few days. Another huge advantage compared with other ERP platforms is that you actually work directly with the people who built the software when it comes to customization. To me, that's the biggest reason the implementation can take 6 months instead of dragging out to 18.

Cons

If there's one area that could use improvement, it's the user interface. The software itself is very fast, highly flexible and versatile enough to fit almost any kind of company in North America but that same level of customization does come with a tradeoff. For someone new to the system, the UI can feel a bit tricky to navigate and the visual design could definitely be polished to make it more appealing. That said they're constantly updating and improving the product so I'm confident this is something they'll address more in the near future. Beyond that, there really isn't much to complain about.

consistent screens and custom views

Pros

Once I got familiar with one screen, the rest of the system felt very simple because the layout and workflow stayed consistent from module to module. It's easy to use, the views can be customized without much trouble and it's simple to drill down into the details to track the source of activity.

Cons

One frustration during implementation was that our team wasn't able to import items on our own. Maybe that's something their personnel train users on later but it felt unnecessarily tough to rely on their team for basic item, client and vendor imports. According to the team, functions still in progress include Budget, Multi-Currency and Multi-Company congreatation. The missing budget functionality in the current Financial Module was especially disappointing since budgeting is such an important part of running a business. On top of that, being limited to only the SPS EDI provider really restricts the options and direction for companies that want to build out an omni-channel presence.

amazing support and customization

Pros

The support team has been fantastic. They stay closely involved whenever an issue comes up and are willing to customize the system so it fits the way our company works.

powerful fit for operations

Pros

Right from the start I have found this software very simple to use. It handles most of what we need across operations, accounting and supply chain and I've also seen how well it connects with other programs, websites and PLM systems. Running reports to monitor performance is very easy and it also works really well for e-commerce integration.

Cons

The one thing I'd still like to see is a stronger built-in PLM system so everything could be managed in one place.

Efficient cloud platform

spreadsheet upgrade worth making

Pros

If your workflow still depends on a whole bunch of Google Sheets, I feel this is the right time to switch because this really feels like the answer.

Cons

There are definitely a few tasks that take a bit more effort than they probably should but those minor snags are still far better than depending on scattered documents coming in from different users all over the place.

tailored perfectly to our business

faster shipping and auto RMAs

Pros

Shipping is now handled quickly and accurately in our case. The system shows available on-hand inventory and item locations right on the shipping screen so selecting them is simple. Invoices, packing slips and labels are generated automatically. I no longer have to come in on weekends to process shipments or warehouse transfers and the same improvement applies to RMA receiving. As soon as an RMA is received, the replacement order is created automatically which means no more overtime spent manually entering RMA orders. It's been such a relief seeing the rooms cleared out of boxes. I'd definitely recommend it. The sales team also stopped chasing me down because orders are going out faster and they can track the status themselves.

Cons

Font size could be a bit larger and some of the information on screen feels unnecessary. For example, I don't really need to see the part description when all I need is the part number.

excellent ERP savings

Pros

From a cost perspective, this ERP has delivered the best value for what our company needs. When I compare it with the features we had from our previous ERP provider, we're saving around 80% to 90% while still covering almost the same requirements.

Cons

One limitation is that it doesn't offer as much flexibility in certain functions as our previous ERP. With the old system, there were usually several ways to complete a task but here it often comes down to just one option.

Simple all-in-one workflow

Pros

Right from the start I found the interface very simple and I can usually work out how to handle the tasks I need without having to check the instructions. It also brings together all the modules I need in one package which means I don't have to rely on several different programs and connect them together.

Cons

At this stage, the software still doesn't support multiple languages or multiple currencies. Those features are currently being developed.

flexible navigation that saves time

Customizable cloud ERP excellence

Pros

Running on the cloud means we can access it from anywhere and on any mobile device which has been a huge advantage for us. The system is very easy to navigate and clearly designed with a lot of thought, covering every part of a business. In our case, it works really well for an ice cream manufacturing and wholesale/distribution operation. Their team has made the whole experience even better through ongoing support and by helping us customize the software, turning it into a bespoke ERP that fits our business perfectly. On top of being user-friendly, I've found the support team incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we need them.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything negative that really comes to mind. If anything, one of the biggest positives is that they keep introducing new features and add-ons that make day-to-day work even more convenient and they do this proactively which adds even more value to the software.

Compared with the other ERP systems I reviewed, I find Kechie much more user-friendly and better suited to my business. It has everything I need and the support has been excellent. Being able to get to operational information in just a few clicks is a big deal for running my business efficiently. On top of that, I feel the pricing is very reasonable for what it offers.

Cons

If this even counts as a downside, the software includes a huge number of customization options. At first, it can make you wonder just how much information can actually be added into one system. Still, once everything is set up properly, it really is not something you need to stress about afterward.

Using this platform has been a very positive experience for us. It's user-friendly, cloud-based and highly configurable. The system feels well designed around real market needs, with strong usability and a modular structure that makes it flexible for different requirements.

Cons

At this point I haven't come across any downsides. It already includes all the essential modules needed to meet customer requirements.

packed with useful features

Pros

The interface is very efficient and comes with a wide range of important, genuinely useful features. On top of that, I find the customer service incredibly responsive.

Cons

If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the software could look a bit more polished visually. That said it's not a major issue since it does the job really well.
