“Simple modules and fantastic support”
Pros
Two things really made this software stand out for me. First it's very user-friendly. The different modules, production, purchasing, inventory and the rest, all work in a very similar way. Once I understood one, picking up the others was pretty easy which made the transition much easier and also helped when training the rest of my team. Second, the customer support has been outstanding. On the rare occasions we've run into issues, the IT support team has responded quickly and taken excellent care of us. Even when we were trying to do something beyond the software's standard scope, they were still extremely helpful and worked with us to find a way to accomplish what we needed. Truly excellent customer support.
Cons
While writing this I realized there really isn't anything that comes to mind as a notable problem with it.

Pros
One of the biggest strengths is its inventory and order management in my experience. It gives clear visibility across products, locations and sales channels which really helps cut down on mistakes and manual tasks. The system is flexible, scalable and a strong fit for businesses like ours that are expanding. On top of that customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever questions have come up.
Cons
Getting started can take a bit of time especially for new users since the initial setup and learning curve are not the quickest. The interface works well enough but some parts could definitely feel more modern and aligned. There are also occasional small bugs after updates although they usually get fixed without much delay.

Throughout the time we used it the system was dependable and had very few problems for us. It gave us strong functionality and great value for handling our ERP requirements. On the rare occasions when something came up, I found the MOA support team responded quickly and got it sorted without much delay. Overall the service and partnership we received were excellent.
Cons
There was hardly anything to complain about. The few minor issues that did come up were addressed quickly by the support team so nothing really felt like a major downside while we were using the software.

“User-friendly warehouse inventory tool”
Pros
Right away the platform felt simple to navigate and quick to pick up for our team which made a big difference for our warehouse inventory work. Being able to learn it without much effort was really helpful for us.
Cons
One thing that was frustrating was having to submit trouble tickets whenever something went wrong and it usually took a while before the issue was resolved. We also ran into occasional problems accessing the site.

Whenever I submitted trouble tickets or needed help troubleshooting, I noticed the customer service team was quick to respond and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
Cons
An area that could be better is how user errors are handled. If a mistake is made some records can't be changed afterward because they're locked for security which I do appreciate. It would be useful to have an option where updates or corrections could still be made if they were reviewed and approved by a second user, such as an admin.

Pros
From day one this system has made a huge difference in how we handle operations for our team. It's honestly been a lifesaver for us. The real-time visibility and full audit trail let us see exactly who moved what and when which has solved a lot of the issues we used to have with lost items and tracking things down. It has also helped us stay organized for events, keeping track of everything from consumables to equipment. We use the CRM to manage communication with clients and note any special requirements which has been very helpful. The platform is very user-friendly and I found the team did an excellent job with training. Reporting is easy as well and that has been especially useful for grant applications. Overall it's been an excellent system for us.
Cons
Only thing currently missing is budgeting although they are working on releasing that soon.

The system feels very easy to me and works a lot like other inventory platforms so anyone who has used a digital inventory tool before should be able to get comfortable with it pretty quickly.
Cons
Telling when you've moved into a different sub-menu inside a module can be confusing. Users who are not very tech-savvy may have a harder time finding their way through each sub-menu because it's not clearly shown that there are separate "view" and "activity" options within them. I'd also suggest adding a "Favorites" feature so users can save the modules they use most often and open them faster.

When our non-profit stepped in to support the migrant crisis in Chicago, we launched a Donation Center in a completely empty warehouse and had no idea how we were going to handle donations and purchasing at the same time. We needed an inventory system that could help us keep orders, inventory, logistics, accuracy and data integrity under control and that is when we learned about it. It truly set us up for success. On top of that, the team has been incredible to work with. They supported us from the very beginning all the way through going live and we honestly could not be happier with how everything turned out. We are now the first Donation Center in the city with an Inventory Management system that keeps our data organized and reliable and we credit that to it. We even added a scanning system that helps keep everything in order and in the right place. We are extremely grateful for both the system and the team behind it.
Cons
something that would make it better is having tutorial videos for training. That would be especially helpful for onboarding new staff members who need to learn the system quickly. It does include step-by-step PDF instructions which are useful but video training would still be a big improvement. We also ran into compatibility issues with some Macs so we ended up purchasing Windows tablets instead.
