Made our operations smoother

Pros

Kechie has been a huge help for our day to day operations. It really changed things for us by giving us real time tracking and full transparency on every move so now we always know who handled what and when. Before things would go missing and we would struggle to track items down. Also it's made event planning much easier as we can keep tabs on everything going to each event from gear to supplies. The built-in CRM helps us manage client communication and track special needs. And it is really user-friendly and the training team made the whole learning process smooth. The reports are simple to pull and really helpful especially when working on grant applications. Just an all around solid system.

Cons

Budgeting is not available just yet but they have told us it's something they are actively working on and should be coming soon.

Excellent for managing inventory

Pros

Everything runs pretty well as it is fast, responsive and the layout just makes sense. We can always count on it.

Cons

The design I feel like could be a little nicer visually but honestly that is just a minor thing as the functionality still works great.

By far the best team

Pros

The biggest plus is how easy it is to use. And honestly every report it generates is proven very helpful for us.

Cons

I really wish I could rearrange some modules. For example I feel like Sales Orders and Sales Shipping should be grouped into one section. Same goes for Purchase Orders as they'd make more sense together.

Makes everything simple

Pros

All the instructions were clear and to the point. They really made sure we understood each step and felt comfortable with the process.

Cons

I would have preferred if the training was done in person instead of over Zoom. It just feels more personal and easier to connect that way at least for me.

Pretty nice

Pros

It is a very easy to pick up system especially if you have used digital inventory software before. Overall we get the hang of it pretty quickly.

Cons

Well it is kind of tricky to tell when you are switching to a new sub-menu inside a module. For folks who are not very tech savvy, it can get confusing fast. Also there is not a clear way to know when you are viewing something versus doing an action. Also I think a Favorites feature would be really helpful so you could pin the modules you use the most and reach them faster.

a must-have tool

Pros

When our non profit jumped in to support the Migrant crisis in Chicago we were starting from scratch in an empty warehouse. We had no idea how we would handle the mix of donations and purchases all at once. After searching for a system that could help us keep everything accurate and on track we found Kechie. It was a total game changer. Their team was amazing as from day one to launch, they supported us every step of the way. We are proud to say we are the first Donation Center in the city using a proper inventory system to keep data and operations clean. They even helped us get a barcode scanning setup that keeps everything organized. Honestly we could not have asked for a better system or a better team.

Cons

One thing that would really help is having training videos. They do provide step by step PDFs but video tutorials would be better for onboarding new team members. Also Kechie did not work with some of our Mac devices so we had to buy Windows tablets just to run it properly.

Simple ERP software

Pros

I find it easy to work with and includes tons of automated features. Plus the built in accounting and financial reporting tools are a big bonus too.

Cons

Getting everything set up was a bit of a process but their support team really came through and made the whole thing a lot easier to handle for us.

Excellent service and great value

Pros

What we really like is how feature-rich it is as there is a lot packed into the system. Plus their support team made the setup process so much easier and were there when we needed them most.

Cons

Setup on our side took a bit longer than expected and at times the system felt like it had more features than we actually needed.

Great for sales and marketing

Pros

We have been using the Sales and CRM tools from Kechie for some time now and it has made a big difference in closing deals and getting partners on board. Being able to see everything in one place from past conversations and contracts to older data has been pretty helpful. Also the platform is easy to use even for folks on our team who are not very tech savvy. Overall it's paid off for us in better sales results and we have definitely gotten our moneys worth.

Cons

Yes we ran into a few issues when we first started using it but their customer service team was on it right away and helped us sort things out quickly.

perfect for any business as a cloud solution

Pros

Our experience with Kechie has been great. The platform fits our growing business needs and is simple to navigate. What really makes it stand out is how easily it connects with the way we already operate which keeps everything running smoothly. If you are looking for an MRP or ERP solution that is easy to work with so this is the one I'd recommend. It saves money and checks all the boxes for what we needed. Also their support team has also been fantastic every time we have reached out.

Cons

So far I have not found anything in the software that bothers me or needs changing.

Provides the best support

Pros

The support team responds fast whenever we contact them and knows what they are doing and the system is packed with features that all work really well together.

Cons

There are a few small limitations like not being able to delete certain part numbers or being restricted to specific symbols. But I have nothing major to share when it comes to cons.

Pros

It is pretty quick and dependable when it comes to handling orders or pulling up the info we need on the spot.

Cons

Some screens feel like they take a few too many clicks to reach so I think it'd be better if the navigation were a bit more direct.
