Pros
As an MES solution, this software gives SMEs and organizations a lot of flexibility with a fully customizable setup. It brings together supplier management, traceability, document management, forecasting and quality control in a single platform which makes it very practical for handling multiple processes in one place.
Cons
There are still quite a few bugs, especially when the system is under heavy use and it can crash during simultaneous operations. Another downside is the lack of phone or live chat support which makes resolving issues more difficult than it should be.
