Pros
It is a fully integrated ERP system that brings a lot of core business operations into one centralized platform. It helps align inventory tracking, sales, finance management and payment processing all in the same place. Staff can manage proposals, keep customer accounts updated, create promotional pricing options, track back orders and generate invoices without jumping between different tools. It also makes it convenient to review purchase history, service notes, rental details, previous usage, warranty records and more from one interface and setting up a stock catalog is part of that as well. On the accounting side, supervisors can take care of bank statements, accounts payable, journal entries, payroll and accounts receivable through the built-in module. The system also supports operational work by letting organizations assign tasks, schedule employees, track time, create work orders and evaluate labor costs. An included API is another plus since it gives businesses the option to integrate the platform with other systems which I have seen add real value in integration scenarios.
Cons
There is a slight issue with the database connection needing to refresh occasionally but other than that, I really have not come across any major drawbacks.

This software is highly customizable and very practical to use. It comes with a wide range of useful features and plugins that help simplify daily work and support business growth in an simple way. I can add and list products along with pricing and it also supports proper document creation for different business products and services. There are plenty of business management tools included, such as bank statement management, item uploads and an organized listing of details in a way that looks professional and appealing to clients. It also works well for managing internal business operations, handling projects and keeping inventory data under control. The way this application has evolved has clearly improved the overall workflow and upgraded the working style. It really feels like an all-round business management solution since it can handle finance-related tasks, bill and invoice creation, manuals and quotations without much hassle. One of its most important features is the ability to accept and receive payments. The software is also very reliable for month-end financial calculations and its accuracy is impressive. It generates error-free analytical reports, while the data sets are properly cleaned and classified. On top of that, entering received amounts from clients and customers is easy and keeping track of transactions is simple with this system.
Cons
Dashboard layout and the way the tools are arranged on the interface are quite disappointing. A few of the tools available do not seem useful at all so they should be improved or removed because they only consume RAM and negatively affect the software's performance.

Starting from scratch, the book does a good job covering architecture design and how it evolves over time which I have personally found very helpful for understanding the progression.
Cons
The weaker part is requirement gathering and how those requirements are prioritized.

At the heart of this excellent ERP system is its built-in bookkeeping and financial structure. Transactions from accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, payroll and journal entries all come together to give a complete view of the company's financial position. It is also fantastic to work with when it comes to custom integrations and modifications to fit a business's specific needs. The software is very user-friendly and I personally find the company itself wonderful to deal with. It is an impressive system with multiple modules that let it serve a wide range of niches. You can handle invoicing, purchasing, quoting, payroll and inventory management alongside your core accounting. There are tons of useful reports included and if those are not enough, I can create my own through Crystal Reports. I also appreciate the small Mennonite family-run business approach behind it. Another thing that works really well is how the software handles sales orders and customer invoices, including printing invoices, receiving payments, calculating finance charges and many other customer-related tasks while supporting flexible pricing, proper terms and detailed descriptions which I personally use regularly. Eagle Business Management Software is an ERP platform with vertical solutions for distribution, inventory and automotive parts and accessories.
Cons
One limitation is that you can't search for invoices by amount. Users also need some Crystal Reports experience to run custom reports, although the system does come with many standard reports already built in. Training support is lacking, the online help screens are overly complicated and I never really got a resolution to my issue when I needed assistance.

One thing that really works well with this software is how it handles sales orders and customer invoices. It also lets me print invoices, receive payments, calculate finance charges and take care of many other customer-related tasks while keeping pricing flexible and terms and descriptions properly organized which I personally find very efficient in daily use.
Cons
Up to this point, I honestly haven't run into any issues while using this software which makes it a very great option to work with.
