Logistics operations transformed

Pros

Across several parts of our logistics workflow, it has made a real difference for the company. We use the Forwarding module to manage more complex logistics work efficiently, including order processing, documentation and inventory control. On top of that, we also rely on two other modules-Sales & CRM and Accounting. The Sales & CRM module gives us one centralized place to manage customer relationships, monitor sales activities and improve communication overall. The Accounting module has also simplified our financial operations with strong features for invoicing, payment tracking and financial reporting. Altogether, Logi-Sys has significantly improved our logistics operations, helping us work more efficiently and provide better customer service.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about especially since we've been using multiple modules for quite a while.

cashflow visibility at its best

Pros

It has really helped us take better control of our cash flow and given us much clearer visibility into working capital. We can quickly spot where cash is getting held up and take action before it becomes a bigger issue. Because the processes are integrated, our financial data stays current which makes decision-making much more dependable. Having billing, invoicing, payments, receivables and follow-ups all brought together in one financial dashboard has taken our visibility to a whole new level.

Cons

Honestly I don't feel like anything is missing in the software. I'm very satisfied with how it performs.

exactly what we needed

Pros

After looking around for a truly integrated logistics platform, this one turned out to be exactly what we needed. Its broad set of modules fits our requirements really well and we currently use three of them, Freight Forwarding, Accounts and Financial Management. The Forwarding module helps us handle shipments efficiently, keep track of cargo and improve routes while controlling costs. On the finance side, the system has been excellent for tightening up financial management and reducing cost leakages. We're able to manage invoicing, reporting and payment tracking without any hassle. The Sales module has also given us a solid way to manage leads, bookings, quotations and monitor salesperson activity all in one place.

Cons

There's nothing significant to complain about. Any minor roadblocks are the kind you would expect with a product this comprehensive and Logi-Sys' overall performance more than makes up for them.

Customizable tool

Pros

Its amazing how flexible it is when it comes to customization. It can be adjusted to match the specific needs of an organization, including industry-specific requirements and it fits well with the company's own workflows and business processes.

Cons

At the same time, Logi-Sys can feel quite complex because it includes a wide range of functions and brings multiple features together in one system. It usually takes training and some time for users to fully understand the modules and make proper use of everything available.

Powerful security and reporting

Pros

Right from the start, the security setup felt like one of the strongest parts of this product. It gives you plenty of control over how access is assigned to different users which is a big plus. On top of that, there are many modules and features available, along with different types of reports that really support better decision-making. I also appreciate that the product gets periodic upgrades and ongoing improvements to the existing modules.

Cons

On the downside any customer-specific modification or request for additional features is difficult to get implemented. The absence of an HR module is also a gap and having it included would add real value.

useful accounts tools

Pros

The custom clearance features, document management system and accounts module are all quite useful and cover the core work pretty well.

Cons

Live tracking still needs work and the auto flight tracking could be more reliable and accurate.

Reporting stands out

Pros

Using it has been simple and the reporting is one of the better parts of the software. The drill-down option is especially helpful because it lets us move from the shipment level directly into the financial details without much effort.

Cons

A few limitations still need attention. Not all modules are integrated and the software is weak when it comes to master reports. As an admin, I still cannot fetch master reports such as Organisation Master and Tax Master. The hierarchy view is not available for Sales and there is no inter-branch view for selected records. There are also restrictions around the report scheduler and DSR. We would also need an auto module for customer onboarding with approval. The customer master view is not available sales-wise and approval based on number of days is missing as well. Another issue is that the user type cannot be changed from Standard to Sales login. Also, registration numbers in customer records do not get copied when they are marked as Global in the child company.

Complete solution

Pros

Running a logistics business becomes much more manageable with this software. It feels like a complete solution for companies that want to operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We have been genuinely impressed by features such as separate modules for different LOBs, milestones for various stages, system-generated DSRs, automated customer notifications by email and SMS, smart MIS reports, email templates and approval and control mechanisms built into the system. There are honestly countless useful capabilities in it.

Cons

The Tariff and Quotation module is good overall but it could be made simpler and more user-friendly.
