Pros
Right from the start, this tool felt like it was designed by people who truly understand how shipping works. The interface is clean, the workflows are logical and we really appreciate how everything, from voyage P&L to invoice approvals to payments, is tied together in one place. It saves us from bouncing back and forth between Excel files, long email chains and outdated systems. That has made our daily operations much more efficient. Being able to monitor vessel performance and financials in real time has been a huge advantage.
Cons
There's nothing serious to complain about though because the product is developing quickly some newer features can take a bit of time before they feel fully refined. A few minor items needed some clarification but every time we contacted support, the team was fast, friendly and genuinely helpful. It's honestly uncommon to come across a product team this responsive.
