all-in-one business hub

Pros

Having billing, accounting and scheduling all together in one business management platform has been incredibly helpful. I really appreciate being able to handle everything in one place instead of jumping between different tools.

Cons

My only real complaint is the customer support. At times, it honestly feels like they're searching online for answers while you're asking the question.

slow setup and poor support

Pros

Honestly I can't point to anything positive. Maybe the very first meeting, when they explain how the system is supposed to work.

Cons

It's slow, they dump the data on you and then leave you on your own without proper support. Every time you call, a different person answers. They don't really know the program and I've wasted hours and hours going in circles without getting any real answers. It feels light-years behind other software.

Expensive, slower and limited support

Pros

It keeps everything well organized especially in my case since I handle a lot of open case files.

Cons

This tool is quite expensive for what it actually offers. Every year they raise the price by around 100 to 300 EUR and after using it for many years, it's becoming completely unaffordable. On top of that, when they forced us to move to the cloud, it came with an extra cost. Since switching to the cloud, it runs much slower and the web IT side feels very limited. There is a collaborator option but I've tried twice to get it set up and, when you call for help, they haven't been able to give me the right guidance. The frontline support staff seem to have limited experience and things that used to be resolved immediately are now just noted down so they can call you back whenever they can. In fact, today they took two hours to return my call.

poor value and too many limits

Pros

It was the first database I used and the customer support staff was helpful.

Cons

Working remotely wasn't possible, the number of users allowed was very limited, billing was overly complicated and the overall value for money was poor.

1.0

outdated system and terrible support

Pros

On the plus side, I find the price appealing, although they do make you pay extra for OneDrive. The intentions behind the product seem good and I've found the feature that links incoming emails to records genuinely useful. Their team is very friendly and clearly means well but in my experience they massively oversell what the software can actually do during the sales process.

Cons

The downside is long and serious. They have a lot of staff yet only a very small number seem to truly understand how MN works. Support is awful and since they do not use a ticketing system, you never know whether anyone is actually working on your issue. The first line of support is handled by non-technical staff who do what they can and when something gets complicated, they pass it on to "development." At that point, you can basically forget about it. Sometimes I even wonder whether that team really exists because once something goes there, nothing happens. The "customization" they promise is not really there. You can create custom fields but then those fields do not appear in email templates. They call you and tell you to use profile fields instead but then profile fields do not show up in other modules. They also claim you can send personalized WhatsApp messages yet neither custom fields nor profile fields appear there either. The same kind of inconsistency happens across many other modules. Whenever you complain about something, their answer is usually that MN can do it but they do not actually train you on how to make it work. Cybersecurity is basically nonexistent. Their files sync with OneDrive and because all staff members need to have the same folder locally on their computers for the system to work properly, everyone can access everyone else's records outside MN, even if permissions inside MN are set to prevent that. Their OneDrive integration and backup system are also poorly coordinated. There are no regular backups unless you do them yourself and those backups only cover the databases, not the state of the files connected to them. So if something ever fails, I honestly think recovering data from both OneDrive and the backup in a way that actually works together would be close to a miracle. There is absolutely no integration with external CRMs or LMS platforms like Moodle which is a serious flaw for an academic ERP. They also sell it as if it includes a CRM but that is misleading. It is really just a database, without actual CRM functionality. The emailer is slow and tedious. All it really does is send one email after another so it is nowhere near a true transactional solution like Mailchimp or email relay services. They advertise it as capable of email marketing campaigns but that is not true in practice. The templates are very poor and if you have a large database, sending a campaign can take hours while leaving your computer practically unusable. As for GDPR compliance, that is questionable too. If you send emails through MN, recipients have no way to unsubscribe from the list and that is just the beginning. The email manager itself feels prehistoric, missing basic functions and looking like opening Hotmail from 20 years ago. It freezes, crashes and runs slowly. Email signatures lose their formatting when inserted into messages and if they include images, they do not sync properly with the web version. It honestly feels like MN itself cannot decide whether email editing should be handled in RTF or HTML. The importer is also terrible. It causes constant problems, works extremely slowly and it seems like nobody at MN really understands how it functions. The clearest sign of how unreliable it is is that during import, MN itself tells you to make sure you have a backup first. These are only examples. In general, the whole system feels outdated and not reliable enough. It is disappointing after all the time we invested in it as a company because we started with very high expectations.

shared records across specialties

Pros

It's really useful for me that entries from different specialties can all be saved in the same clinical record.

Cons

I think it's somewhat complicated to write the records in a structured way and then go back to review them later.

slower support over time

Pros

At first, I found it really helpful because it sped up part of my work. That benefit is basically gone now since support takes longer and longer to respond and they leave my work unfinished.

Cons

As time has gone on, they take more and more time to respond to issues. They say they'll call back the same day but then they don't. They used to fix things during the initial call, while now there is almost never someone from support or technical service available right away. Because of that, whenever I have a problem or even just a question, it can take weeks before their call lines up with my availability. I can call 10 times and still end up hanging up with no solution, just waiting for them to call back. It really makes me wonder if they cut staff or took on more customers without expanding support.

CRM tailored to our business

Pros

These days, I think having software that is fully adapted to your business, along with reliable customer support, is essential for any company that depends on a CRM or ERP to manage daily services and operations.

Cons

There is a learning curve. Even though it's simple to use, the large number of options means that during the first couple of months you keep discovering new things almost every day.

Business stopped cz of this!!!

Pros

It offers a lot of options and I've found that if someone shows you how to use it, you can access a wide range of features.

Cons

They can bring your business to a halt and still not solve anything. There are lots of calls and messages but very little actual functionality.

multi-clinic setup was a mess

Pros

They charged us for the software installation on a server we purchased based on their instructions so we could run the multi-clinic setup but afterward it turned out the program was not actually ready for that. I also experienced that they refused to refund the money. We spent three months going back and forth with them trying to resolve it and got nowhere.

Cons

Once they installed it, the system still did not work and the customer service staff seemed poorly trained and unable to help.

quick setup at a good price

Pros

The best things about it for me is the attractive price and I found the installation and initial setup were done very quickly.

Cons

Biggest downside is the limited personalization and customization. For example, the forms do not offer much flexibility.

Too limited features to be useful

Pros

One good thing about it is the price since I find it more affordable. It also comes with accounting and lead tracking automatically through the online form on the website.

Cons

The downside is that the accounting period cannot be changed and the form is not editable either, you cannot modify the field names or even the number of fields which ends up making it useless.

Full-featured and powerful automation

Pros

It is great how complete it is. It covers everything we need to work efficiently, from general modules like the calendar to highly specific ones that are essential in our industry. Another feature I've really appreciated is the RPA module which has helped us automate a huge number of tasks and free up time so we can focus on serving our customers better.

Cons

Having support from the MN implementation team is absolutely key. The product is highly customizable and even though it comes ready to use from day one, without the help of our consultant we would have missed some very valuable features.
