“Easy rollout”
Pros
Customization has really become a strong point here. The software transition was painless and the business benefits from the WMS software came through clearly. The onboarding process, EVS gap analysis and organizational change management all helped make the rollout more effective.
Cons
The EVS tool is built on a reliable and proven mid market business database platform but we were not included in the preemptive monitoring.

“warehouse game changer!”
Pros
Our distribution center has benefited a lot from this software. It comes packed with useful tools and it's also very user friendly! We no longer have to carry stacks of paperwork around for order picking and processing because employees can pick and ship orders directly from an iphone or ipad. If inventory control has been a challenge, this tool really helps with that too. After inventory counts are set up in the system the process is easy: just scan and enter the count. It even alerts you if a product or pallet was missed and shows the location of that missed count which is incredibly helpful.
Cons
One improvement I'd really like to see is better font visibility in some parts of the software. With the white background and light green text, certain areas can be a bit hard to read at times. If the light green lettering were darker or more bold it would make the screen much easier to see.

“Quick adoption”
Pros
Getting this in place and live didn't take long at all. Training users was quick and daily use was easy from the start. The iphone app made onboarding and regular use even better which really helped with adoption!
Cons
A few customizations had to be made and although EVS moved quickly to install everything and start those changes some of the modifications were still challenging to work through.

“Mobile system has been great for us”
Pros
Using a mobile first setup has been a big win for our distribution center team! It gives us the flexibility we needed while also bringing much needed accuracy and accountability to our processes. It works on Apple tablets which eliminates the need for bulky expensive scanners that still lack the features we need. It also gives warehouse staff clear visibility into stock locations and statuses and has helped us move to a fully paperless, much more efficient picking workflow.
Cons
Because we are not using the standard version we have to be careful about updating devices until complete testing is done with the new release. I would also really like to see support for android devices.

Pros
It's really convenient having everything right at my fingertips instead of needing to go to my computer for every little thing.
Cons
Every now and then it signs me out while I'm still using it which can be frustrating.
