Pros
Communication has been very good, the client portal is user-friendly and the bulk upload of schedules is really helpful.
Cons
One limitation is that fields cannot be edited once a payment is accepted. I feel like it would also help to have a faster way to adjust a schedule with the needed conditions as well as the option to upload multiple payment vouchers for a single installment.

Pros
They are constantly rolling out updates and improvements, while also taking into account and prioritizing the ones that are most urgently needed.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. Whenever we needed to adjust something, they were always there to guide us or explain the best option so we could keep moving forward.

“Debtor interaction made easy”
Pros
Being able to interact with the debtor directly from the same page is really useful and having the debtor's information right there makes it possible to send details immediately when needed.
Cons
Support is the weak point. The response time is very slow and it's frustrating that every time you reply to an email, you get told that message can no longer be used to create a support request or service ticket.
