Pros
Having inventory, purchasing and order management all in one place has been the biggest advantage for us. I've seen it give much better visibility across day-to-day operations, cut down on mistakes and save a lot of time when handling regular workflows.
Cons
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve with some features especially for new users. A few workflows are not as simple as they could be so more documentation or built-in guidance inside the app would make onboarding much easier.

From day to day, I found the software dependable and it gave us very few problems while we were using it. It came with strong features and delivered good value for what our business needed. On the rare occasions when something did come up, I saw the MOA support team respond quickly and take care of it without much delay. Overall the service and partnership we received were excellent.
Cons
Honestly there was barely anything to complain about. We ran into a few small issues once in a while but the support team handled them so quickly that none of them ever felt like a serious problem.

Pros
This stood out to me as a flexible all-in-one ERP with a user-friendly interface that cuts down training time and helps the team work more efficiently. I've found the reporting especially strong and it gives me the level of insight I need as an accountant and the implementation process was thorough enough that everything was set up properly and running well from day one.
Cons
The only downside is that the implementation timeline really depends on how clean and organized your data is. That said it's understandable because they're trying to make sure everything is configured correctly. Once the data is in good shape, the process moves much faster and their team stayed very involved and supportive the entire time.

Pros
Switching from spreadsheets to this has made a huge difference for my company. I found inventory management used to be a real struggle and as many people know, spreadsheets are not that helpful for keeping everything under control. I'm genuinely grateful for both the software and the IT support team and we're even considering adding other modules like finance in the near future since everything has been going really well.

One thing I really appreciate is how well they customize the solution to fit our business needs. I've seen them take the time to understand what works best for us and actually listen to feedback which makes it feel like we're getting exactly what we asked for.
Cons

Jumping from spreadsheets to this has been a lifesaver for our manufacturing company. I've found it has made inventory management and tracking far more valuable for the business. The system is very user-friendly and I'm impressed by how well it can scale as our company keeps growing. Another big plus for me was the implementation process, they assigned us a team to guide us through everything which made the rollout much easier for our staff.
Cons
My only wish is that the congreatation feature on the accounting side were fully completed.

“fantastic ERP with standout flexibility”

Right from the start this ERP delivered on the biggest things we needed most, audit trails, a CRM for our sales team, usability and flexibility. From my perspective, it didn't just check those boxes, it went far beyond what we expected. We needed a system that could clearly track who picked specific SKUs, who returned them to locations and the exact times those actions happened, with everything updated instantly in the system. I've seen that level of visibility make a huge difference for us especially since our warehouse management team gets notified immediately, saving both time and money. On the sales side, the CRM has been a massive win and our team has been breaking sales records consistently because of it. Even though we've only been using the software for a few months, I can already see our workflow becoming far more efficient and the visibility across projects, leads and daily operations has genuinely changed how we run the business. We're actually on pace for a record-breaking quarter because of this software. Another big advantage for me is how simple it is to use, I really can't overstate that. Many people on our team aren't especially tech-savvy but I've noticed they already use the system confidently, largely thanks to the project manager assigned during implementation. It also helps that there's documentation and video guidance for every module which was a huge improvement over our previous ERP. One more thing that stands out is being able to change any field in the software and see it update immediately. Since we manage thousands of SKUs, including unique ones, I've found this flexibility incredibly valuable. Overall the software has been outstanding and I would absolutely recommend it to any company in any industry.
Cons
The only feature I still wish it included right now is a multicurrency option since we operate across different countries. That said our project manager has already told us this is scheduled to roll out early next year for all users which is fantastic news for our company. Even better, it will be included at no extra cost so we will not have to pay an additional implementation fee and that is a huge relief.

It only took us about a week to get up and running which I found to be a big difference compared to most ERP implementations. The support team has been outstanding throughout and I've also seen the product keep improving with regular updates.
Cons
It's still missing some features you'd normally expect from a full ERP system and users who don't already have ERP experience do need some training to get comfortable with it.

This ERP does a lot more than just offer a huge range of features, I've also found it reasonably priced and supported by an account management, project management and development team that's truly exceptional. I honestly think of them as a genie in a bottle. Any time I come up with an idea to improve how we use the system, I've seen them jump on it immediately and the update is often completed within just a few days. Compared with other ERP platforms, being able to work directly with the actual developers during customization makes a massive difference in my view. That's exactly what separates a 6-month implementation from one that drags out to 18 months.
Cons
If there's one part of the software that still has room to improve, it's the user interface. The application itself is very fast, highly flexible and versatile enough to fit almost any kind of company in North America but that level of customization does come with a tradeoff. For someone new to the system, the UI can be a bit tricky to navigate and the visual design could use some refinement to make it more appealing. That said they're constantly updating and improving the product so I'd expect this to be one of the next areas they focus on. Beyond that, there really isn't much to complain about.

Cons
Adapting to a new way of working has definitely been a challenge since our business wasn't very used to change but it's been necessary to build better and more efficient processes. The MOA team has been there to guide us through each step and supports every department along the way.
